I ordered work shoes from yoursafetyshop.com. Unfortunately, a serious delivery error occurred – even though I clearly selected Croatia as the destination country, DHL labeled the shipment as Bulgaria, which resulted in the package being returned to the sender.

After that, I contacted YourSafetyShop three times by email, each time providing the order number and requesting clear information about the shipment status and next steps. To this day, I have not received a concrete answer or any explanation of what is happening with my order.

Mistakes can happen, but the lack of clear and transparent communication with the customer is unacceptable. I expected at least basic feedback and a solution. At this point, I am very disappointed with the customer support and the overall shopping experience.

I would like to share with you that Amazon Seller Central.de consistently rejects the "Letter of Authorization" for an unknown reason. To write this letter, you have guidelines on Amazon that you can literally copy and fill out with your own necessary details. However, in the end, you encounter a strange error where it constantly states that it is not satisfactory. Errors like: "undefined - Letter of Authorization - Invalid Document."

I have searched the internet thoroughly and extensively, even delving into the deepest corners, and I came across numerous other users who have written about this issue. It's incredible that such topics on Amazon's forums get locked, preventing further comments.

What's even more peculiar is that when you seek help from customer service, you end up with a copy-paste email that provides general information about the problem.

In case you arm yourself with patience, as I did after 16 rejected letters, and decide to use the CHAT with customer service, you get brief responses, and your case will be forwarded to a team "more familiar with such cases," only to end up with the CHAT being closed.

No matter how hard you try, your errors will decrease, but you will never get registered.

And just to conclude, this is the latest problem you encounter, which, after two months, has not been resolved for me. You will encounter problems even when registering other personal data, bank confirmations, etc. But it seems that Amazon simply does not want to solve this particular problem.

Man, I rly can't believe that i never have opportunity to charge my devices in last 5 years. Every time charging is to slow, not working at all.

When i report problem whit my date pending status i always get bot emails with feedback questions "did i solve your problem?"
This did not solve my problem at all, i always get this tipe of bot messages and after 72 hours my order is not dispatched, i dont get any emails with info or status of my order... Still waiting on delivery date... So i need to tell you if i want order coming from China i will simply use ali express or alibaba... Reason why i order from amazon and why i pay higher price to amozon is the fast delivery... I will let those coments under all my orders that are on waiting so oder customers can consider it for their orders.

Naručio sam personaliziranu magičnu šalicu, poslao sam sliku koju bih želio imati isprintanu na njoj. PDF loga, koji je kružnog oblika, print je bio razvučena ne centrirana slika, ni najmanje nalik na kružnicu sa odrezanim vrhom koji nestaje na rubu šalice i odrezano dno loga. Takav logo koji je njihovom voljom izmjenjen više ne može predstavljati brend, jer to više nije isti logo. Jako loš obavljen posao. Ne bih preporučio iz razloga jer posao koji rade nikako ne vraća kupce nazad. Kontaktirao sam ih uputio u problem i čekam odgovor, daljnje informacije ću također objaviti. I popraviti ocjenu prema krajnjem dojmu koji dobijem od njih.

P.S. odgovor na poduži mail s upitom dali mogu to napraviti pravilno, je bio "Možemo složiti tako."

Definitivno ostajem pri ocjeni i ne dajem svoju preporuku.

Kada narudžba prođe ne dobijete račun kao potvrdu o plaćanju, nema tracking code, nema nikakvih i informacija o vašem plaćenom proizvodu, osim maila koji kaže da je vaša narudžba prošla i da će biti poslano u najkraćem roku...

Naručio sam od njih ulazna vrata i prozor, došli su kroz dva dana uzeti mjere, platio sam polovicu unaprijed po dogovoru a oni su obećali montažu za tri tjedna... Naravno to je samo obećanje to ne piše u ugovoru... Prošlo je mjesec i pol dana, ne javljaju se, ne zovu, ne dolaze....
