Our delivery team yesterday was Dave and Greg. The lorry pulled onto the drive, Greg checked he was ok to park there and explained a colleague would join him. Within moments the sofa was brought in. Both were friendly, chatty and all packaging removed when they left. They helped position the two sofa’s and checked everything ok before leaving. Whole process from stepping into store to having delivery was well managed. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service. Thanks Dave and Greg.

Renewal details were very clear. I rang up to make payment and there was an issue with the online payment system. However staff acted with speed and knowledge to sort for me so I wasn't holding on too long.

After trying to get Oasis tickets and not wanting to repeat the experience on Ticketmaster Seat Unique was recommended. Yes they were slightly more in cost but such a simple process and tickets purchased within minutes. Only concern is fact you don’t actually get tickets till a short time before event. I’m sure everything will be fine come July 2026.

Found the details via compare the market. I chose iGO4 for what was offered for the cost. Their website was clear and easy to understand. I was presented with several options and could also add on extra protection. In making my decision it was easy to arrange with follow up emails clarifying the level of insurance I purchased.

My query was understood and information given re best options. Decision was totally mine but I could make that quickly with the given information. The tariff and monthly payment was altered while I was on the line.

Easy and clear to use website. Items haven’t arrived so I can’t comment on delivery. Definitely use again provided delivery goes well.

AO was recommended to me and I found them very easy to use. I rang and discussed the various products I was interested in and was given some honest answers. AO then rang me back an hour later as promised and I placed the order. This was 7.30pm on Thursday night. The item arrived at midday the next day.. The driver gave us the promised 4hr time slot and then updated us with a 2hr time slot. Machine was plugged in and working Friday afternoon. I discovered two faults which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will consider AO again for all appliances. I'm a very fussy shopper but certainly impressed.
