I spoke to Rebecca about a problem I was having with a sofa I purchased from the store. She was immediately very helpful and told me where to send details of the problem. This was yesterday and today I have been advised to expect a call from a technician to investigate. Excellent, very quick result. Thank you

There was a problem with an item which was resolved very quickly and Joe and Liam who delivered our chair were very polite and helpful

Just had a delivery from Barker and Stonehouse, fabulous table and chairs delivered by Thomas and Kevin, really helpful and polite, put everything in place for us and took away the boxes….. just getting the table and chairs in place and looking forward to many meals and memories. Thank you

Gary and Harry delivered our Barker and Stonehouse furniture and were absolutely fantastic. Two really lovely guys who unboxed everything for us, checked it over, put it in our room of choice very carefully and took all the mess away. Absolutely fantastic service couldn’t have been better. Thank you very much Gary and Harry!

I ordered an out door coffee table, which I understood would come assembled. It turned up in an enormous crate, larger than a coffin. The drivers instructions were to drop it off outside and leave. There would be no way that could have opened the crate by myself, not in a chance!

The two delivery men, Adrian & Quoraish, took pity on me and used their strength and toolbox to breakdown the crate. This took some effort and would have badly affected their delivery schedule. But still the stayed to help me. I did call B& S and they felt that leaving a 35 kilo table inside an enormous crate was acceptable.
I would not buy from them again
But I am so very grateful for the kindness of Adrian & Quoraish for their help and chivalry, they went beyond the scope of their job and responsibility

Lewis Baker and Jake H delivered my dining room table set today and they were very accommodating and professional. They notified me they were coming and delivered it to my desired location without fault . Well done lads and thank you

Gary and Harry delivered my coffee table this morning.
They communicated by phone when due to arrive.
When they did arrive they were polite and efficient. They placed the table in room of choice.
They unpackaged and set the table up.
They even tidied up the polystyrene on the floor.
Excellent service all round.

The delivery team, Blaise and Richard were very helpful, polite, friendly and efficient. They phoned and texted us shortly before they arrived so we could get prepared and organise a parking permit. We were very pleased with the service.

Great delivery service by Paul S and Matt P today

Recently bought a dining table and 8 chairs from Barker and Stonehouse. The chairs are leather, with 2 looking a slightly different shade of brown. I spoke with Beth Vout in the customer service department, who immediately offer either replacement or a discount. Great service from her and we were satisfied with the solution. Highly recommend Barker and Stonehouse.
