It's comforting to know that iSpring stands behind their products and cares about long lasting, efficient clean water systems. Julius was most helpful in analyzing my issues and getting the problem corrected. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Bought three years of filter elements through Amazon. Quick delivery and order was correct. Best price I could find. Installation was straightforward with very clever connectors. And no leaks!

In 2024, I purchased a ranch in Hondo, Texas. The house on the ranch came equipped with an above-grade 44,000-gallon rainwater collection tank, a pump, and several iSpring water filtration products, including the WGB32B Whole House 3-Stage Filter System, a 55W UV Water Filter, a spin-down sediment filter, and an RO system.
The previous owner had taken excellent care of everything, except that he had misplaced the wrench for the spin-down filter housing. After searching everywhere for a replacement plastic wrench without success, I resorted to using a metal oil filter wrench, which unfortunately began damaging the plastic housing.
I contacted iSpring Water Systems and shared my situation with John. He went above and beyond by providing a courtesy replacement wrench. I was truly impressed by his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
Not only is iSpring's customer service outstanding, but their filtration systems are excellent as well.
Initially, I was skeptical about relying solely on filtration, without chemicals, to protect my family's water supply. However, it turned out to be all we needed. We have lived on the ranch for the past two years and have never experienced a single water quality issue. In fact, we enjoy the rainwater so much that we are not sure we could ever go back to city water or well water.
For anyone interested in replicating my filtration setup, here is my configuration:

To protect the DAB Mini3 water pump, I installed a 100-micron spin-down filter (WSP-100), followed by a single filter housing (HB28B) containing a 50-micron membrane filter (20" × 4.5").
After the pump, I installed the Whole House 3-Stage Filter System (WGB32B) with one 5-micron sediment filter and two CTO carbon filters (all 20" × 4.5"). After these filters, I have the 55W UV water filter (UVF55FS), which comes with a smart water flow sensor switch.

I highly recommend iSpring water filtration systems to anyone looking for a reliable and effective water treatment solution.

Great RO system and we're very happy with it! Installation was straightforward, and the water quality is excellent. We accidentally broke the tank valve during installation, but Sean from customer support was incredibly helpful. He responded promptly and had a replacement sent out within 24 hours. I chose to order our whole home filtration system directly from Ispringfilter.com. They shipped the system promptly, packaging was great and it arrived within a few days. I had the system professionally installed by our plumber. I noticed the auto flush module was not turning on and contacted customer support by email. Julius responded very quickly and shipped a replacement module within a day.
One cannot ask for better support!

I recommend this product 100%. Without a doubt, this Spring brand water purification system far surpasses the competition in every aspect. Its excellent quality, price, ease of installation, the entire convenient purchase and delivery process, including the after-sales customer service offered by the Spring representative Julius, is exactly what any reasonable consumer dreams of. I know a thing or two about that, because in addition to being a consumer, I was an inspector for the Consumer Services Department in my town for a few years. We previously had a GE brand system, and unfortunately, I can't say the same about that one.

Easy purchase on Amazon. Few install questions but Laurence at customer service was very responsive. We have well water so. I added the UVF55 to our system. Easy install. Tested water after install no trace of any choliform

I have an iSpring RCC7AK-UV RO Water System Wjicjh I purchased almost 8 years ago. It was inexpensive, compact, and easy to install myself. It has worked flawlessly and we are more than pleased. Their Customer Service is OUTSTANDING !! The pressure tank recently failed and I spoke with Johnathan in Sales/Service. After relating my problem, Johnathan had a new replacement tank to me in just a few days. I changed it out myself, and now my system is working perfectly again. I couldn't ask for a better system OR, better Customer Service. I am HIGHLY Satisfied !! Thank You Johnathan !!

I just installed my cua4 filter system yesterday 7/18/26. Easy install, made a world of difference in water taste and makes a smooth cup of coffee and iced tea. Reasonably priced, easy to install, helpful customer support. I am very happy with the filter system!

I have had a great experience so far with our Ispring whole house water filtration system. Customer service sent me a link so I could purchase a filter that they didn't carry. I installed the system today and we could tell the difference in our water immediately, it is wonderful. It hasn't been installed long enough to say anything about it's longevity but it feels solid and I highly recommend it from my initial experience with the unit.

My family love the product iSpring RCC7AK-BLK Alkaline 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System that I purchased from Amazon.com. After the installation, my family started to enjoyed the excellant quality of drinking water in daily basis. However, I was figuring out how to register 1-year warranty and concerned of the maintenance issues on how soon the filters to be replaced and how to do it correctly. I was trying to contact iSpringWater Support Service by email, then I've been timely responded by the support system as well as Julius of the team. Outstanding support — Sean went above and beyond

I inherited an iSpring RO system with my new home and it started leaking, with no manuals left behind. I called iSpring support and reached Sean, who diagnosed the issue over the phone and asked me to send photos. He quickly spotted that the system had been mislabeled and was missing components, and as a courtesy he shipped me a complete new machine head, housings, and a pressure regulator — free of charge, arriving within days.

His instructions for transferring the membrane and filters were clear, the install went smoothly, and the system now runs leak-free. This is the kind of support that earns a customer for life. Thank you, Sean and iSpring! (Tip: the photos attached show the new setup.)

Prior to purchasing the iSpring water system we experienced rust stains on our bathroom fixtures. Since the installation of the filtration system, we’ve had nothing but clear water. Unfortunately we did experience a problem with the system shutting down and going to a blank screen. I emailed the iSpring support and I think within a day I got a response from Julian, who is working through the problem to correct the issue. So far the support has been great and the new part is being shipped out right away. Julius also assured me that if this part does not correct the problem further action will be taken to replace the machine head.

John provided exceptional help. Was quick to respond and provided a solution in the first go. This is the second time I’ve engaged with him for something. The first I just had some general questions about the RO system and troubleshooting some things. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Thanks, John.

I purchased the RCC7AK RO system back in Feb 2019. It has been working quite well with the usual filter replacements and a couple of RO membrane replacements. TDS wise, I have always been happy. Last I checked the tap water TDS was ~340 while the purified water TDS was ~30. It is quite good considering the alkaline filter would add back a few salts into the water.
Now to the problem: a few weeks back I noticed a tiny leak from the top of the purple (transparent) filter housing. After a bit of investigation, it seemed that the top white portion of the housing had a hair line crack. Since my system is an old one (from 2019) and most of the iSpring systems were redesigned in 2020, I was out of luck getting a replacement part easily. This is where Jonathan from iSpring support came into picture. I called the iSpring support looking to get help in identifying the suitable part. Jonathan, quickly pointed out that a single suitable part would be problematic. Instead, he recommended to send me the entire filter housing assembly which would eliminate the hassle and enable me to quickly swap out the broken piece with a new one. He was quick to process the shipping of the new part and help resolve the issue at its root. Great customer service, Jonathan!! Keep it up.
