I have had my WGB filter system in the basement since 2020. It works wonderfully! My water has never been better. I developed a leak in one of the housings, recently, called customer service, spoke with John and, beyond my expectations, boom, two days later a new housing. No more turning water on and off, catching water with a bucket, etc. For water filtration, ISpring is, for sure, a 5 star company! can't say enough about them! Thanks John for all your help. keep up the good work.

Great-tasting water and peace of mind. We have old pipes and purchased the best system we could afford to ensure our drinking water is free from rust, chlorine, fluoride, and micro plastics. Our UV filter ballast died a few months after installation, but customer service was right on it with a quick no-cost replacement and detailed instructions on how to replace. We appreciate it!

We love this filter system. One small issue came up after 7+ years of use. One quick call to Jonathan at iSpring fixed it all. It was my lucky day, no automated call system...real human after a few rings!! He was able to fix my issue with a new part. Shipping was fast and back to clean filtered RO water. Thanks Jonathan.

I have used their WGB32B Whole House system for 6 years and when I saw the NEW WHO32B system, I was immediately impressed how it directly improves the day-to-day operation and maintenance! Discussions with Nick at iSpring (Georgia based, real time support) greatly helped me understand the WHO technical details and installation. Nick’s input convinced me to upgrade. Nicks help over the past six years has demonstrated that iSpring has the best support and leading technology.

Initially I was disappointed that there was an issue with the first unit I set up, but ISpring made it right, without a lot of fuss. The representative was helpful, personable and polite. Really happy with the customer service, and loving that we don’t have to wait for hot water for tea.

It has always worked great and we enjoyed clean water for coffee, tea and all other cooking needs. Even our dog likes the water with ice coming out of the RO system. Over the time I had an oppurtunity to call the company with a few questions and their response was always quick and very helpful.

I called iSpring Water Systems earlier today and shortly after I left a message, Robert called me back to assist me with my dilemma. I explained to him that I did not have the installation kit to install my RO faucet. He mentioned that he would send out the installation kit immediately out to me with no charge. He then asked me to take a picture of the system and RO faucet and send him an email to explain further my situation with my address. Received my order yesterday. Incorrect faucet was shipped. Wanted to see if I could just get the correct faucet changed out for what was ordered. Unfortunately, I have spent a better part of 2 hours, just trying to reach a live person. After much wasted time and only voicemail options i've decided to return the whole system. And go with another vendor a friendrecommended. If customer service is not an option.I don't want the hassle in the future.When I simply need something small, such as a filter or the correct item to be shipped.

We purchased this reverse osmosis system in June 2026. The leak detection shut off valve seemed to be defective. Called in and was helped by John who did a great job helping diagnose the situation. Sent out replacement parts the next day. Incredible!

After two years of purchasing a under the sink RO system I began to have problems with the pump short cycling. I contacted the customer service department, Francis was able to help me try a few methods to resolve the issue. Unfortunately none of them worked however iSpring is still sending me a new unit. It does help me have confidence when I buy their products I know that their customer service is amazing
