It seems that when younger or smaller children sit closer to the front of the seat, the sensor may not be activated as expected. We really appreciate you pointing this out.

This TOILET is awesome
I ordered and received my package on time and undamaged, I’m pleased with the product and it looks and works amazing, installation was a breeze, the look of this toilet gives my restroom such a modern look.

Excellent Customer Service
We have a T38P Smart Bidet Toilet and so far we're very happy with the quality of the product, despite some settings that we would have wanted to be adjustable. Mostly importantly, Horow's customer service has been very responsive, so it gives us the comfort that help is always available if/when needed.

So Far So Good
So far my experience with my new Horow toilet has been excellent. We had experienced another manufacturer's toilet during a vacation last year. It was great to find a similar product at a much lower price.
I'd love to have a parts list and service manual should anything go wrong in the future.
