wow what a beautiful set of mirrors, I purchased the 3 mirror set, I love that you can open up the mirror and there is a mirror inside where the shelves are and also on the inside of the mirror itself, great for putting on skin creams and make up. Thank you so much for a beautiful addition to my new bathroom!

I bought lighted medicine cabinets from Welfor. They are well made and beautiful and reasonably priced. I particularly like that they have mirrored inside doors and built in outlets both regular and UBS
One of the side mirror panels arrived chipped but Crist from customer service responded promptly and sent a replacement. The replacement unfortunately arrived cracked. I texted Crist at Welfor and he responded that another panel will be shipped asap
I will write an update with pictures when the panel arrives and is installed
Inspite of this unfortunate incident, I highly recommend the product from this company

Exception customer service! The side mirror of the lighted medicine cabinet arrived cracked. Wellfor immediately sent a replacement to me. On top of that, we are happily enjoying the set of 2 lighted medicine cabinets we purchased. Great quality and beautiful in our renovated bathroom!

I purchased a Wellfor shower door and had a problem with a part of it. I contacted Wellfor customer service, very pleasant experience and within 2 days they had shipped a replacement at no charge! Super nice to have this problem handled so well, Thank You Wellfor!

We have a small bathroom in an old house, so installing the medicine cabinet over the plumbing and electrical wiring was a challenge. The customer support team asked all the right questions to identify the parts needed and sent them to us promptly. We couldn't have had a better experience!

I recently purchased a shower head with a wand and valve for a bathroom remodel. As with most fixtures or appliances parts will be needed to be serviced or replaced. I make it a habit to source these items in advance so they are readily available in the future. I inquired about a replacement cartage for the shower unit and Welfor sent me out a unit in just a manner of days. I was quite impressed with their understanding and quick response to my request. The cartage arrived in a few days. Great Job!

I was having renovations done in my house and the workers mistakenly threw out a part to the beautiful bathroom cabinet we purchased. The store I purchased it from could not help me so I called the company directly and they immediately sent me the part that was missing. I purchased a WELLFOR VICK W4MCL3030 mirrored medicine cabinet with built-in LED lighting on 2/11/2025. Our contractor just opened the box to install, he noticed the LED strip inside one of the removable mirrored doors had come unglued. I contacted customer service who reviewed my purchase info and they promptly sent me out a new door. They were great to deal with and I will recommend to my friends!

I bought the 48x30 lighted medicine cabinet/mirror. I got more than I expected! It looks great and has tons of space inside. I didn't expect the inside of the doors to also have mirrors and lights so you can see all angles. The center inside has a magnifying makeup mirror inside. The construction is top notch. BUY IT! You won't be disappointed!

We purchased the lighted medicine cabinet for our bathroom, and love all the fancy features, like dimmable LED lighting in various colors, as well as the de-fogger, which actually works. Last week I accidentally nicked the internal mirror surface with a ceramic neti pot, and chipped the glass. To my surprise, Wellfor is replacing the damaged door free of charge. Now that’s great customer service!

Great product and customer service. We ordered two medicine cabinets with built-in lighting from their website, one of which turned out to be back ordered. Wellfor was very communitive and reached out to me via phone and email to let me know about the delay and give an update on delivery. At delivery both mirrors looked great, super happy build quality. Initially, we were a little disappointed that the built-in light was not strong enough to brightly light up a bathroom on its own but honestly I find myself preferring the softer lighting it does gives off.

Pricing through Wellfor was better than at local big-box store and free shipping! Product was very well packaged but unfortunately I had to return it. Wellfor’s customer Service was wonderful! They provided a refund immediately after receiving the item back. I would not hesitate to shop with Wellfor.

I had ordered a shower system last Sept or Oct 2025 for a shower redo. Due to unforeseen medical issues we had to put the job on hold. The product was still sealed and Wellfor graciously accepted the return in April 2026
There were issues with the refund to the credit card.
The Customer Service team worked very hard to figure out a way to refund my money. All is resolved and their Customer Service is top notch!!!! Thank to all who made it happen.
