I needed a specific width to fit in a small space
This is a great product and customer service was excellent. I needed a mirror of 12 inches or so wide and it was hard to fine. I spoke with customer service several times and they were very responsive. The mirror really meets my need for mirror on inside of cabinet as well.

Good quality products
I was having a hard time finding a solid wood medicine cabinet. The one I found on their site is well made, well packaged and arrived quickly. I also ordered a bathtub shower set that works great. Overall very happy with my purchases.

I came back for more.
I purchased a bidet toilet from this company. I had never heard of them. But I decided to give them a try. And I'm glad I did.
I chose them over the other manufacturers because of the features offered, the price, and the warranty. I had an issue with my toilet seat.
They were easy to reach. Responded quickly. And the issue was resolved quickly. This persuaded me to purchase another bidet toilet for my second bathroom.
This company is wonderful. By the time I was ready to purchase my second toilet, the price increased due to tariffs. They were able to match my previous purchase price! This is amazing customer service that is rare these days. I'm glad I decided to give them a try.

Buying the products was easy. Unfortunately, there were 2 faucets in the order and they were shipped separately rather than being packed in the same carton. They ended up at 2 different FedEx delivery centers here in Atlanta which caused un-needed concern. In the end, both were delivered in good condition and will soon be installed in out new bathroom.

Great products and great customer service
I ordered a 60" medicine cabinet that turned out to be too large for the space and so needed to return it and order two smaller cabinets instead. One of the smaller cabinets was damaged on arrival. Wellfor's customer service team worked with me to handle the return and the replacement.
Both the return and replacement were no hassle and painless thanks to the Customer Service team members that I worked with (Melody and Sam). And the medicine cabinets were beautiful and of high quality.
Two thumbs up for both the quality of Wellfor's products and their great customer service.

Many styles to choose from, the prices are reasonable based on the quality of the product, packaging for the medicine cabinet was very protective however it was difficult to open the packaging. The cabinet looks great.

Beautiful Medicine Cabinet - Quick Return
Purchased a white medicine cabinet that was beautifully framed. Unfortunately, it was undersized for the existing footprint of the previous cabinet. I was able to quickly return it to Wellfor. They were responsive and provided the Fedex shipping/tracking. I will definitely look to them when I have reframed and drywalled the area.

Prompt and Professional Service - Beautiful Mirror
I emailed a few questions to customer service when searching online for a 20x28 inch LED lighted bathroom vanity mirror, and received very prompt, professional and friendly responses. The mirror I purchased was received quickly but there were cracks at a corner. Upon submitting a picture to Wellfor using their clear online instructions, I again received a prompt and professional response. Not only did they agree to replace it immediately but also, to substitute a different model with both front and back LED lighting. This was a stressful laundry/bathroom remodel; it was such a relief to receive the help I needed from Wellfor. And the mirror is beautiful!!
