Excellent customer service. Horow t20 nightlight went defective after Two years of use. Product unfortunately out of warranty but their great customer service rep was kind enough to offer a replacement nightlight free of charge and even covered the shipping! This is how a company should operate . I will continue to buy more toilets from Horow.

Need A Model For 10” Rough In
This model is for a 12” rough in and mine is only a 10” rough in. I am on a slab so it would take major construction to cut it out and recast it. I will updgrade ny rating if I can get a suitable replacement. I believe that there is a model with similar features but uses a 10” rough in.

Its not the right size
Its not the right size, i order the toilet from Amazon. It didn't come with the tanks cover. I didn't go ahead and return it. Because the expense was too much to send back and it was on the customer. Now I purchased another one, and it doesn't fit right?

I absolutely love my Horow T38P
I absolutely love my Horow T38P! Ordering, receiving and installing it was easy-peasy, and I (an almost 60 yo man) was able to accomplish the install all by myself. Yes, the toilet is heavy, but I lifted it with the help of a Plumber's Toilet Lift & Carry Tool that I'd gotten from Amazon before my Horow arrived.
Now, about the customer service: Outstanding! They were so patient and helpful. I'd ordered 2 toilets from them to begin with, changed my mind TWICE before finally settling on one (the T38P), which means they had to cancel and then re-order for me, and they did so with no hiccups or complaints. The lady I spoke to spoke perfect English and was super nice.
As for the toilet itself, it arrived carefully boxed, extremely well protected and on time. I've had not a single issue in the several months I've owned it. But should an issue develop I'm confident that Horow will assist me in any way they can. Plus they have many videos on their YouTube channel explaining how to replace parts, how to maintain your Horow product(s), etc.
I can't offer a single negative about the toilet or the company.

I purchased a one-piece toilet from…
I purchased a one-piece toilet from Horow for our bathroom renovation and I’m very happy with it. I no longer have to worry about dust collecting in all the crevices like with traditional toilets, which is a big plus.
I also reached out to their support team and they responded right away, which I really appreciated. It was great that I could order the flush button in black to match my hardware… that detail made a big difference.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and, most importantly, the excellent customer service.

I am disappointed with this transaction.
We purchased the Horow toilet a couple years ago. The inlet fill valve connection broke during the night with no apparent cause spraying water on the floor.
I went to your website to find the replacement and found an assembly matching the one we have. But I had to purchase the complete assembly.
You sent a different assembly. I contacted you about getting the one I ordered. After several emails I was advised that the assembly you sent was an upgrade, no apology about sending the wrong item or an offer to send the assembly I ordered. If you are no longer sending this assembly, then remove it from your website.
Also, the email asking for me rate my experience was in Chinese. I had to hit a translate button to provide comments. So this is not a usa company.

It is a great product and totally change the way that I enjoy the toilet. Even the night light not working after 18 month of use, the representative still kind enough to send me a replacement for free since it was not of warranty period. The replacement was delivered promptly. They replied the email request right away. Recommend to a lot of friends. Thanks!
