I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. After going through a few challenges during the installation and setup process of the T38P toilet, the customer support team exceeded my expectations in every way. They were extremely responsive, patient, and professional, always willing to help and guide me step by step until everything was resolved. What impressed me the most was their commitment — they did not stop until the product was working perfectly. That level of dedication shows they genuinely stand behind their products.

Now that everything is installed correctly, the T38P works flawlessly. The flush is powerful, the operation is quiet, and the modern design looks beautiful in the bathroom. You can tell this is a high-quality product built with attention to detail.

The toilet is great, but it would have been nice if the cleaning fluid--even a small sample had been included so the plumber could have helped us learn how to install it. Now we have to order it and figure it out on our own. It's a small cost to help customer's on the front end.

Arrived quickly and in good condition. I am satisfied with the toilet although my wife thought it looks too small. Flushes efficiently and refills quickly.

This would be our first time having have a smart toilet, but we bought two for our home and we could not live without them now. Once you take the plunge for convenience and hygiene, you will never go back to a conventional toilet again. The heated seat is our favorite and the night light is great, but the cleanliness features are amazing. The best part of ours T38P is the ADA height also. Feels amazing.

Steer clear of Horow as a company. I purchased this toilet six months ago, and it has NEVER flushed correctly, from day one. I've reached out to the company numerous times, and they have been nonresponsive. It was installed correctly by a professional, licensed Plumber. I have other "smart toilets" in several other bathrooms in my home, and it's only this Horow toilet that has never worked correctly. It is absolutely NOT worth the outrageous price tag. I will gladly update this review, if this company ever decides to reach out to make things right. I would look elsewhere (Toto, Kohler, or even BioBidet) for companies who are far more reputable, and who stand behind their product. We're blessed to have a lot of bathrooms in our home, because if we had to rely upon this terrible "smart toilet", it would be a very bad thing...for our entire family. My wife has already warned me to never bring anything from this company into our home...ever again! If I could give this company minus five stars, I certainly would. The minimum one star that Trust Pilot requires is far too high for Horow to receive!

I own 3 Horow bidet toilets and have been very happy with them. Bidet toilets are step up from bidet seats, and my family and guests enjoy using them. I have experienced a few issues with the bidets, but Horow supports has been quick to communicate back with me on the issues and provide me recommendations and resolutions.

My experience with Harow was excellent toilet, arrived perfectly intact. Installation was straightforward and easily understood with the included instructions toilet began working immediately. Remote paired perfectly.

Bought a new Horow smart toilet as it was one of the few with a 10” rough in. It turns out to be an excellent product—looks great and functions well. A really good value for the money. Their service was great too when I had to research exact specs on sizing for the odd place into which I needed to fit the toilet.

Great quality bathroom sink and it shipped very quickly. I was very close to getting a cheaper version of a similar product on Amazon or Wayfair, but I’m so glad an ordered this one directly from Horow. Super high quality, easy to install and it’s simply gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to order something else.

I recently had an issue with my Horow T20 toilet, and I’m extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally the customer service team handled it. Not only were they responsive, but they also shipped me the part needed to get things up and running without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that stands so confidently behind its products and genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction.

The T20 itself has been great, and knowing that the support team is this attentive gives me even more confidence in the brand. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

The toilet works well and the customer service is great. The first one worked so well, I bought two more. They provided additional information and videos to show the top disassembly which gives access to the inside for service. I wish the posterior spray was a little wider but at least it moves forward and back and is adjustable. Many features are adjustable, but could use even more. Like the amount of pre-foam to dispense, and have no flush before air dryer. Having to buy the NON-Rechargeable batteries is not good (for power outages), but perhaps they will change these slight drawbacks.

T30 non-elec bidet toilet is better than I imagined. Customer service and assistance excellent; packaging VERY sturdy; definitely encourage having a licensed plumber install-my plumber said a little tricky with installation directions. Looks beautiful; this sits a couple of inches taller (great for my 6'2" husband) and with no tank looks very space age. The bidet function has two settings (front and back) with ability to easily control strength of water. Both bidet nozzles are in the rear and retract when not used. The flush is super - I was a little concerned without the familiar tank. The lid could be a little sturdier, but I think that is because it needs to be lightweight for the slow, quiet, self-closing function. I have always wanted a bidet and this requires no electricity - another plus! I am pleased to encourage anyone to purchase this toilet.

2 years after owning their smart toilet, we had an issue with an out of warranty part. The team at Horow was great. They diagnosed and shipped me the part needed to get things up and running. They delivered and I had a wonderful experience interacting with their team. Very impressed!
