I ordered a cat wand with a cord on it
I ordered a cat wand with a cord on it. My cat chewed it and broke it within 10 minutes. I reached out to the company and the only response I got was leave a review. So here we are I would avoid the wands with the stretchy string they are far too easy to break.

There was delay in shipping and i was messaging and communicating to expedite and still the process was slow and i received it late.
i only had 1 option of
shipping company and was so so expensive! And still i pay extra when the shipment arrives.
I would recommend to have other shipping companies like i herb when i shop there is at least 3 shipping companies.
I would truly appreciate to consider my suggestions.

not sure if i will order again
i have not received product yet which is upsetting due to paying 38 dollars extra for FAST delivery which i shouldn't have....You would think paying that much it would only be a couple of days, but Im still waiting. I ordered flea and tick meds for my dogs and wanted them to take it so they can go outside and run. It is still under the expected delivery estimated time , but its coming close to the standard time that was only 9 dollars. Also I found out it is coming from Portugal when it says VIVAPETS CANADA and shows they have one in Edmonton or near there, so now im concerned with the safety regulations and ingredients that may differ in this product.

Great service and amazing products
I was obsessed with their products but saw that the reviews were mixed when it comes to shipping (they are euro based I’m in Canada). I was super sad until I realized they are located in Porto, which I was travelling to the next month. I messaged them through their WhatsApp, was able to get all the information needed on what was in stock or not, got pictures of the products as requested, paid easily through PayPal and was able to pick it up in person. The person was super nice and I will definitely get more when I go back to Porto next year! The products I got (zeedog harness and leash) are amazing, beautiful and well crafted, I get compliments on it all the time :)

Ordered a dog bed from this company (money taken from my account), I received no confirmation email, i contacted them about this and the fact that the item was late arriving and heard absolutely nothing back. Still haven’t received the item. Complete scam, avoid this company!! They will take you money and not supply you any product.
