Very satisfactory

I regret ever choosing Unzer as our payment provider.

The problems started immediately. They initially had the wrong (higher) discount rate stored on our account, which meant they had to reverse and recalculate numerous transactions. My advice: double-check every fee and every settlement. The effective clearing costs are also much higher than expected because additional clearing fees are charged that were never clearly disclosed.

Things only got worse. Within just 8 days, we had 3 separate days where the Kassenschnitt did not match the actual card payments received. As a merchant, that is completely unacceptable.

Instead of investigating the issue themselves, Unzer expects me to do all the work—taking photos of well over 100 transaction slips, comparing every transaction manually, and repeatedly explaining that their totals don’t match. How am I supposed to know which transactions failed in their system?

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. The customer service agents repeatedly sent the same generic copy-and-paste responses without addressing the actual problem. I requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times, and those requests were simply ignored.

When you’re dealing with payment processing, accuracy and accountability are essential. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Unzer. We have stopped using their terminals until someone competent takes ownership of these issues.

Be very careful, verify every settlement, and make sure you understand all of the fees before trusting them with your business.

I’ve been trying to become a customer for over a month!
They completed the initial KYC, collected all the required documents about my company and data, and told me I’d receive an offer on September 21st. Since then, I’ve been calling, emailing, and following up constantly—yet I keep getting the same response: “We’ve forwarded this to our colleague; he’ll get back to you.” I mean what if this colleague is sick or quit the job or a million other reasons then I just get ghosted?!!
I’m literally trying to give them business, and this is the treatment I get. I can’t imagine what the support would be like if I were already a customer and needed help.

quick and friendly service

The website gave accurate advice and description about the walking boots I bought. I was therefore pleased with the product. The price was also the best available I could find for the specific model I had decided on. I paid by invoice and the boots were delivered promptly (within 4 days). I am really pleased with the boots and the service because I wanted the opportunity to try on the bots and walk them in the house before I paid. If I had wished to return them, there was packaging and a return label provided with the original package so I would not need to print anything out.
