I recently started using Eurosender for my ecommerce business shipping different kinds of packages both small parcels and big pallets. Today I spoke with Anne-Sophie about a questions with my first shipment. Anne is one of the kindest most professional sweet people I ever had the chance to talk to. And overall all of their staff is freindly and professional. Good for you for having this kind of people work with you!

I’ve been trying to become a customer for over a month!
They completed the initial KYC, collected all the required documents about my company and data, and told me I’d receive an offer on September 21st. Since then, I’ve been calling, emailing, and following up constantly—yet I keep getting the same response: “We’ve forwarded this to our colleague; he’ll get back to you.” I mean what if this colleague is sick or quit the job or a million other reasons then I just get ghosted?!!
I’m literally trying to give them business, and this is the treatment I get. I can’t imagine what the support would be like if I were already a customer and needed help.
Terrible experience. Not recommended.

I was one of the early adopters for Sintra back when open ai first launched chatgpt and I didn't like it back then because it was only an MVP so I cancelled my subscription and got a refund. Now fast forward 2 years from the last time I used Sintra they have made a 180 degrees turn to perfection! Great customer service, perfectly smart bots that keep asking questions to improve (it's how it should be) and they have a lot more in the product roadmap coming and nnow I can't imagine running my business without Sintra!!!
From the bottom of my heart I wish that this company becomes a bog name in the Ai industry because they deserve it!

I joined the HTE Program in December. At the time the cost of the program was heavy for me so I was very cautios before commiting to the program. Leave the fact that the people there are undertsanding and HUMANS they help you if you ask them to wait a bit for a payment they do but also the program itself has been lifechanging!!! Fast forward from December 4th 2024 the day I launched my first google ads campaign to now I've made a whopping 72,000 EUR Revenue!!! this would have never been possible without the knowledge and the personal coaching I got from Anthony and the team.
So, first of all thank you to every single one of the HTE Team members, it would've not been possible without you. and for anyone hesitant on whether to take this step or not PLEASE do. it'll be the best investment you've made in your life! They teach a Business model for life and that can be scaled to the moon!

Upsides:
I never saw something more useful than this tool! you can use it for marketing, blogging, writing, university presentations, Ebooks and so much more!
the tool has this great ability to divide the main required subject into subtitles and generate content for each subtitle accordingly. if a human would try it will take a minimum of a week to come up with all the content, sort it out, check for spelling errors, and all this work. this is really a very convenient way for saving time and energy and focusing on what really matters. that point that they give you are enough for a very good amount of work

Downsides:
1. The tool is limited in "points" so you can't just keep generating free ebooks forever. However, the points aren't so much of a limiting factor if you're using the tool for occasional uses and not for writing a book or something.
2. The design templates aren't that attractive but they are fully customizable, from my PERSONAL experience, a little help with the design or adding more templates won't hurt anyone.

Conclution:
This tool is very helpful, saves time and energy and generates a great content just like any writer who would spend time collecting info and sorting it out, the difference is the Time efficiency and as we all know, time is money.
The packages prices can be better however.
