The trainers are too small I've emailed to return them 3 times and not had a reply to any Shocking customer service

Cheap, cheap, cheap....Misrepresented to the point of being a fraud.

Quality is terrible got 50 euro sandles that look like 10 euro . Pictures and description are NOT accurate, false advertising. Email for returns unresponsive.

I ordered a pair of sandals The size was wrong. Did not ask for my size. No reply to my e mailsails.

Dont order from this store. Cannot get a refund from them or a return address.

Shoe are the wrong size. Ordered a six got a 3.

These items for sale on the website are absolutely rubbish no quality at all. To footwear T-shirt sizes are all wrong they will never refund any money. They give you credit to get even more rubbish items which I sadly received. I’m a genuine buyer so take this do not buy from this company. So take it from me you might as well throw your money down the toilet if you order from these you will not be happy just like me.

Can't make contact in any way can't refund. You wil payed the money is gone. Dropshippers are the worst on internet. Don't. Buy from this site

12 days to deliver sandels sold as size 13UK and couldn't even get my feet into them. Possibly size 11 so at least 2 sizes too small. Very disappointed.

Product (mens comfort all-terrani sandal) was absolute rubbish. Paid $91 not worth 5.

I'm in my 60s! I know my shoe size ffs. I bought my shoe size but their sizing is wrong. It's not just wrong, it's REALLY wrong. I tell them ... they send me a chart and I'm thinking - these are "shoes for health/walking" ... I must have had a one-off mistake. NO! They are selling the wrong-sized shoes completely. 2 pairs of rubbish! Their talent? To sell rubbish. WRONG SIZED. MY GUESS? It's cheaper to send rubbish. (Then they go - we sent twice ... YOU LOSE!! Disgusting

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying my shoes. I’ve never seen such cheap shoddy stitching (what was stitched. Most of the tongue of the runner was open on both sides). Cheap material and infuriating customer service who just give you the ‘from the book’ answers. I’ve contacted consumer affairs. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade and then not give a full refund and return label when the items are clearly defective/inferior quality. Avoid like the plague

The shoe quality was awful. Completely rip off. I strongly advise people to not buy any products especially shoes from this company. The sole was so thin as if you walk on the ground. What leather. It is a joke. £45 for so called leather with this quality.

AVOID. This is a total scam. Boots advertised as "hand crafted authentic leather" are cheap plastic. When you try to return the product you get offered several "special offers" on more junk stuff. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

Trainers eventually arrived, only to be to small for the size I ordered, I've tried to return then but to no success as the company say there's no record of my order.

Konf advertises about orthopaedic leather shoes! They are not true to their advertisements I bought a pair for £37 pounds which were advertised on Utube. I am very disappointed with the workmanship and the leather which I don’t think is leather. Bad finish and stitching very basic, bothering at all. The website is not user friendly but they have purposely hidden the return facility. I am never going to buy from Konf again!!! My money has been wasted!!!

It’s impossible to get a reply to my question regarding returning an Oder very annoying !!

Bought summer shoes. Total cheap rubbish. I believe this company is deliberately misleading customers. Would advise people to avoid it.

Website tells you delivery will be 8 days max. Tracking number says Sorry unable to be tracked. Not impressed.
