Konf advertises about orthopaedic leather shoes! They are not true to their advertisements I bought a pair for £37 pounds which were advertised on Utube. I am very disappointed with the workmanship and the leather which I don’t think is leather. Bad finish and stitching very basic, bothering at all. The website is not user friendly but they have purposely hidden the return facility. I am never going to buy from Konf again!!! My money has been wasted!!!

Lovely choice of flower bouquet and accessories. Delivered in time. Updates regular. Personal touch eg the names of the people/ person you are sending the flowers to, mentioned in the tracking.

Southall Funeral Services have helped us organise funerals for our other departed family members and we have always felt comfortable and satisfied by their services. The course was like a refresher in some aspects. Also been made aware of some road signs which I had almost forgotten. The trainer was sympathetic to people’s (people present at course) experiences and advised and suggested a certain etiquette whilst driving

Yodel email tells me the parcel was delivered at 15.55 and the parcel left in a safe place, behind a plant. I have checked every plant in my front garden and found nothing. Please investigate.

Very quick collection. There two tins of paint in stock showing online. But when we went to pick it up, there was only one. But the lady that served us had already mixed some paint ready in a tin to our requirements! Very well thought.

The travel insurance policy we were offered by ZAK was just right and dealt with and explained very professionally. Zak was patient in taking all the medical details from us.

Usually trying to get travel from insurance can be a tedious task. On this occasion we were asked the questions clearly by a very pleasant person/assistant on the phone. Every question was clear and before we knew it we had completed the long detailed questionnaire! I was happy to find out that my present medical conditions were going to be covered for my travel. I took on the platinum cover, a little expensive, but I think it's worth it.
