Ordered a pair of orthopedic trainers for €45, they are absolutely rubbish. They look nothing like the picture and are made out of cheap materials. You could get better on Temu. Also, I was given an email address to contact incase of issues, which of course has not been replied to.

Customer Service is excellent as a buying service, and enquires,during the delivery journey they contact you every step of the way
I bought a pair of womens sandals which were just as described, such a good fit +comfy, I can totally recommend them for quality and was chuffed they are just as promised

Saw an ad on Youtube and stupidly clicked on it and bought a nice pair of 'handcrafted' leather shoes.
A few week later I received a cheap plastic imitation of the shoes in the ad.
The website is believable and quite slick with cool looking models and great shots of the clothes and shoes for sale however they will send you junk.
When you complain they will send you an apology and ask you to return it... to China. Google the address and you will find that its a scam address. Also google: 'is the lupi.com a scam company?' to find out all you need to know about this Chinese scam.

My partner ordered a pair of sneakers. They arrived in a plastic bag with no correspondence. They were of the cheapest quality and not even worth a fiver ( he paid £45) and to top it, they don’t even fit. I sent an email telling them of this, but came back that you can’t send emails to their address. Please avoid this “company” or risk losing your money like him & many, many others!!

I ordered an extreme weather coat called Norway paid my money it took over three weeks to arrive lack of communication but I did receive the product. Actually, I was impressed by the quality it was good. Made in China not Norway. I rewrote this review because I did receive the item. Too many companies are selling products you do not receive like Clifton shoewear UK .

I purchased a pair of women's sneakers earlier in the year, after receiving them and trying them on, I found they were on the small size. After several attempts to contact customer support regarding returning the product, I had trouble obtaining a return address as there was only a local box number on the delivery package. After finally getting an address in China, I sent the package off hoping for a refund. After several weeks of emails saying they haven't yet received the package?? I checked the tracking of the parcel and saw that it was in the Hangzhou area, but they kept denying it had arrived. That was the last I have heard and no refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS OUTFIT. A TOTAL SCAM

Scam. Do not order from this site. I recently ordered cargo shorts and the shorts that came looked nothing at all like the shirts on TheLupi's site. 2 pockets, not 6 as advertised. I have never seen such poor quality clothing. The shorts reminded me of the type of clothes on my kids dolls/toys. Avoid at all costs. The business should be closed down.

Scam alert scam alert, ordered 2 pairs of size 10 shoes, recieved size 7 and 9. They are very shoddily made and poor materials are used. There is no mention on the Lupi website that these items are sourced and posted from China, they took 15 days to arrive. Refund process is difficult and unworkable. I am so annoyed with myself that I fell for this scam, shoes are going straight in the bin. How a scam business like this is allowed to operate is beyond me.

They sent me item,it got left at someone elses door from photo delivery company sent. I went to find address from pic and residend said he had not recieved item. I took pictures of my garden to prove item was delivered to wrong address. Lupi offered me credit note or refund. I accepted refund but after 1month still not recieved and they wont answer my emails. Do not use this company. I have found out since that they buy from Temue and add £30 onto item.

These shoes are no where what they say in their ads. The quality is pathetic from start to finish definitely will never ever deal with this company again.

First, the order took considerably longer than the advertised 15 business days to arrive, with little to no communication explaining the delay.

Second, when the sandals arrived, they looked noticeably different from how they were advertised on the website.

The cloth seam (which was not shown in the advert photo) on the left sandal split while I was simply trying them on the day they arrived. Both seams then tore completely the very first time I wore them outside.

Overall, I am very disappointed in both the product and the company, and I will not be purchasing anything from here in the future. Buyers beware, total waste of money.

Avoid Lupi like the plague, delivery takes ages due to coming from China, sizes do not match up with products & the after sales service is terrible.

The canvas "walking shoe" from thelupi.com is made from the cheapest materials & provides no support whatever. Their phone # is not in service & they don't seem to respond to on-line return requests.
I am just glad I purchased the item through PayPal, who guarantee buyer satisfaction.

Description of goods incorrect. Shoes definitely not leather.
Despite cancelling order the same day ordered, the goods were still despatched from China.
No refund offered. Return of goods at my cost to China with no guarantee of refund. Consumer Rights apparently do not apply to this company.

Still not received shoes bought in early May!!!! We’ve complained and talked to customer service on multiple occasions and still nothing done about it. Disgraceful

I bought some plimsolls in UK size 9 for £40. They arrived and, I would estimate, they are a size UK 7. No returns paperwork, contact email does not work. Avoid this company like the plague. Also, they have a Trustpilot rating of 1.3, but show a Trustpilot rating of over 4 on their website. Con artists.

Do not, under any circumstances purchase anything from this company.
I ordered a pair of Air Trek/Hybrid Sports Sandals with toe protection.
I wore them for about 4 hours in a campsite and the material started ripping. I immediately contacted The Lupi and was repeatedly informed that since it was outside the 7 day returns policy they would not consider replacement. They offered me 10 percent discount on a future purchase. Why would I purchase more from them in view of very poor quality of their materials!!
Like in a previous review, if I could give no stars I would.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes that were supposed to be leather they were plastic.
Trying to return them but they are slow to provide details.

On their website they show a TrustPilot score of 4.7, a liar that alone is a red flag

What a surprise to see a one star rating, they originally sent an e mail advising that I had missed my delivery as I was not in .I contacted J & T Express their couriers who after a fifteen to twenty minutes conversation seemed to understand my address, postcode ,name and telephone number,after several days I contacted them again to chase my delivery and they wanted all my details again .I then received an email advising that my parcel has been delivered to an house at the top of our drive (approx 400metre )as they did not have my address we checked and it was not there ,I contacted Lupi who advised the parcel was marked delivered and I should check all my neighbours and friends to see if they had taken delivery. The company is a joke and I will not use them again .
