I bought an expensive linen bathroom in Copenhagen that is throwing off fibers whenever I use it. The first time I put it on, the fibers left on my body made me look like a blue caveman. After washing, it is somewhat better, but still leaving fibers. Overall, it isn’t worth the $$$$$ price.

I bought pijamas, the smallest size for women (XXS). The quality is good but it seems that the design has been made only for man: the shirt and pants are extremely long for an XXS size, the shirt is very tight and long, which does not adjust to a female body, and in the pants there is an extra front opening with bottons for man's purposes only (!!!???). It has been disappointing taking in consideration the price we paid for it.

Doesn't have swiss pillow size 60x100cm and doesn't reply to mail requesting for such size.

So overpriced for the quality. Honestly I don’t mind paying premium for a premium product but everytime I use the towels I have loose fluff all over my body. When I apply cream on my face I have fluff stuck to my face. Honestly infuriating. Costumer support is less than helpful and tries to lecture you over email. We all used a towel before and know how it’s supposed to feel like so really don’t appreciate the sassy comments.

This was one of the best shopping experiences for me. I ordered several towels from them and one of them was damaged. I contacted the customer support on 15th and it delivered to my address on 16th. I was totally surprised how fast they managed to send me a replacement!!!
Their website is a complete mess: everything looked out of stock, yet customer service claimed all items were available. The "relevant team" attempted to fix the issue but couldn’t even replicate it...
The agent I spoke to was uninterested, smug, dismissive, and just trying to end the chat as fast as possible without offering any real help.
And the grand finale? A 10% promo code - the same one anyone can get for free just by signing up for the newsletter but they feel smart enough to deem appropriate for the inconvenience.
For a brand with limited physical stores, having a non-functional online shop is not just frustrating but absurd
I bought the Birkenstock X Tekla negoya slippers through a shop in Marseille which retail for £395 and didn't have them for a while as I sent them to my sister's place while I was abroad. When I finally got them and opened them I immediately saw they had very visible defects. I reached out to Birkenstock and sent pictures who replied it isn't their responsibility as I bought them through a shop, except it's clearly the makers problem when a shoe is poorly made. The make is terrible for such an expensive shoe and the fact they don't take responsibility is outrageous. As the shoe was part of a collab with Tekla Fabrics I am also sharing the review here.
I had an excellent first-time experience with their customer service. One of the bath sheets I ordered had a loose thread, so I reached out through the live chat. Alice promptly resolved the issue, and I was very impressed with the efficiency.
The towels are incredibly soft, and the design is absolutely chic. I’ll definitely be ordering more products in the future!
I have a variety of products from Tekla (linen bedsheets, towels, pillows, cashmere blankets etc) and I’m satisfied by the selection of colours and quality they offer.
After owning them for 14 months, I have no problems with things falling apart or colour fading as of yet.
Recently, I made a wrong size order as a gift (two percale pillowcases and a king size fitted sheet) that was about to be dispatched - the customer service agent managed to rectify my order and it even arrived in the same amount of time that the previous order would have. I’m always treated kindly by Tekla employees, and and see no issue in leaving positive feedback on my experience
There retail site is useless and wont allow access to checkout. They reported its a known issue and everything is sold out before it was fixed. No one at customer service seems to care for the loss of time trying to compete a very expensive purchase and being a customer on multiple occasions in the past. I recomend taking custom elsewhere.
So unbelievably disappointed by my Tekla bathrobe. Having spent as long time researching the softest and best quality cotton towelling robes I was completely dismayed when it arrived to find something thin and with no “fluff” whatsoever. The washing instructions said to soak it in cold water for 24 hours first so I hoped that maybe this would somehow transform it into the soft heavyweight cotton towelling robe I was looking for. Well after washing it, it is still as thin as ever but is now like cardboard.
Unbelievably annoying as I would have returned it immediately but now the pointless hassle of soaking it for 24 hours means I can’t.
They have zero clue about their own packages. Terrible customer service, aleays a nice tone but asking the same questions again and again, and cant track back your history with them.

One of my go-to sites when looking for home textiles. I have Tekla kitchen linens and percale bedding in several colourways. This time I ordered terry towels and bathrobes. Beautiful website and online shopping experience from landing to checkout. Very fast shipping. Just like in the past, I find the products inspiring, well designed and great value for money. They will be in good use in my house for years to come.

I bought the striped bed linen and after 2-3 washes the pillow is a different colour to the duvet. The blanket is much lighter in colour and there are discolourations on the cushions. It looks like the colour is gradually washing out even though I washed according to the washing instructions. The buttons also gradually fell off and I had to sew them all on again.

I purchased a bathrobe in november 2021. I wear it on our country side and only use it in the summer. Before i wore it I followed the washing instructions very carfully.
I bought this bathrobe due to the good quality and I expected it to last a lifetime.
Now, maybe the 10th time i wear it, the bathrobe has several loose threads and it gets more. I contacted the custumer service and they do not want to help me. I feel so sad that I have paid 200$ for nothing. Do not buy from Tekla if you want good quality that will last long.
Very disappointed with the quality. I ordered the striped sheets and the feeling is very hard and rigid and it also feels like there is a wax layer on the sheets. They said it would become softer after a few washes but nothing has changed. DO NOT recommend
My first impression of quality and product was good, but printed fabric loses color very soon and gets greyish.
After contacting costumer service with pictures and detailed description there was no insight to an obvious quality issue with color bleeding. They were friendly, but ignorant. Sad, when you buy sheets for 400€.
Terrible quality for a lot of money. And then you get the customer support which is even worse…
poor quality at stratospheric prices and insistent customer care.
I purchased a linen tablecloth and some small placemats for breakfast in a short space of time.
tablecloth and placemats fade and lose a lot of color while in the washing machine at low temperature and with soaps suitable for delicates
at Christmas my partner gave me a bathrobe I immediately noticed that many threads were pulled, I wrote to support and they replied that it was normal.. it cost €200.. it doesn't seem "normal" to me after 1 month the belt has completely opened and unstitched all over. I wrote to support 1 week ago and never received a response I will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy Tekla again, I would rather buy from Shein or Uniqlo at least they are cheap and last over time
