Stay away from worldremit
JoStay away from worldremit. I sent money to India on October 23rd to my bank in India which is State Bank of India. Its been 2 weeks ,still not credited into recipient account. I have filed complaints against this company. Still no reply. Made several attempts and chats. They simply denying help stating it's successful on our end, check with your local bank. When contacted local bank they say they cant trace with UTR or RRN .they can only trace it with swift copy. This company say they dont use SWIFT method. Its so frustrating and Iam tired of calling them. Their Customer care is some where overseas. They simply say we are escalating. Only God knows who and where they are escalating. Please dont fall for these fake reviews. Please please stay away from this company or app. Even today I tried to get hold of them, no answer or help tracing my money. They are the sender and they must take responsibility, trace it where it got stuck and make sure money is credited into the recipient account. They dont do it . They simply say it's success on our end , now you go f... k yourself. Please I beg dont use this company or app to send money. There are reliable, most customer friendly companies like xoom, remitly, moneygram. This company simply lure you with few more cents and fool their customers. Its not a small amount I sent. They ask for latest bank statements from recipientaccount and i keep sending it, even today. Thet know its not credited there. But still deny help tracng it refunding it.I have been begging them to refund my money if you cant trace it deposit it to the recipient, they simply denying it. So please once again I beg you, dont use this company. I have already filed complaint in Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Texas banking Services. PLEASE USE OTHER RELIABLE, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANIES.
