Someone at XE updated my email address forme as the one I used to have no longer exists. I haven't been able to get into my account since. Complained on 3 separate occasions, was told IT would get back to me. They never have. Have since used ToRFX

On September 8, 2026, I initiated three wire transfers through Xe totaling $54,350 CAD. Due to a BIC code issue at reception, none of the transfers went through, and Xe explicitly confirmed that all three would be refunded to my bank account.
While my smallest transfer ($9,350 CAD) was refunded, Xe is still holding my other two transfers totaling $45,000 CAD ($25,000 + $20,000) nearly two months later.
Since then, I have made countless phone calls, contacted WhatsApp support, submitted a formal complaint, and requested callbacks from senior management—only to be met with complete silence. Xe has failed to return my funds and refuses to provide SWIFT recall traces (MT103/MT199).
A formal legal demand letter and regulatory complaints with Quebec's financial authority (AMF) are now being filed. Extreme caution is advised when transferring large amounts with Xe...

My first experience was awuful.i sigh up to a new account in order to send 50$ to a manufacturer for something that would not exist in his official website and after e mail contact he gave me a bank account to transfer in order to ship his product.A few minutes later i got from xe.com that my account was closed.wtf?
