MoneyGram Is The Way To Send Money Internationally!
Fast, simple to use way of transferring money internationally. So far, absolutely no problems using the MoneyGram app. Have used MoneyGram to transfer money to the United States of America and Mexico and couldn’t ask for a more efficient and what appears to be very reliable service. Charges seem pretty fair to me as well.

I am extremely angry and disappointed…
I am extremely angry and disappointed with MoneyGram.
On August 13, I sent money to a family member through MoneyGram. The money was immediately taken from my bank account, but my family member never received it.
Today is September 6. I have now been waiting for 24 days, and I STILL have not received my money back.
How is it possible that MoneyGram takes money from my account, the recipient receives nothing, and then I have to wait for weeks to get my own money back? This is absolutely unacceptable.
I don't want excuses, and I don't want to keep hearing that I just have to wait. I want MoneyGram to resolve this immediately and refund my money.
After this experience, I have completely lost my trust in MoneyGram. I want other customers to know what happened to my money and how long I have been waiting.

Upgrade app is a nightmare …
The new moneygram app is a nightmare to manoeuvre, it doesn't allow customers to cancel transactions. It was a brilliant app before the latest upgrade...now its a nightmare. I absolutely hate it ..sort yourself out, if something is working well and not broken, please don't meddle.

Once you pass all security questions…
Once you pass all security questions setting up an account, then go online even without the app and it was easy sending and my receiver was able to pick it up on time without problems. The transfer fee was reasonable.

Too Many Technical Problems
Very disappointing experience with MoneyGram. It almost never works on the first attempt. There are constantly bugs and technical issues, and I have to try several times before I can complete a transaction. Their IT system is unreliable and clearly needs major improvement. This is extremely frustrating, especially when you just want to send money quickly and without hassle.
