I recently had an experience with Urværket that truly stood out, and I feel compelled to share it.

I purchased the Tissot Seastar Submariner at an amazing 20% below market price, which was already a fantastic deal. But what truly impressed me was the after-sales experience that followed.

From the moment I reached out to their support team , I was met with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. The team handled my case with a calm and solution-focused approach that made an otherwise stressful situation feel entirely manageable.

What impressed me most was their customer-first attitude. They listened attentively, communicated clearly, and ensured I was fully satisfied before closing the case. There was no back-and-forth frustration, just straightforward, human support.

I bought a vintage Cartier watch before checking trustpilot on urværket and vintagewatches (sub company). After checking it was clear to me that the pictures on their website was generic and not pictures of the actual watch. I therefore wrote them to confirm that the pictures of the watch was in fact of that exact watch I bought. Helene from customer service confirmed that this was pictures of my watch. I was not convinced but accepted for now. When the watch arrived it was a different year of production from what I bought and the watch strap was different, as expected unfortunately. Urværket gave me a small compensation, but not enough to replace an OEM strap for the right one. This is clearly their way of doing business with vintage watches at least.

I never received the watches i bought from this company.
I bought 2 watches on the 11th.
On the 21, i called the company, having heard nothing, and they told me one of the watches was unavailable. I then chose two different watches, because i got told i had to change the order.
On the 30. I got a mail telling me that they didnt have one of the watches, asking me if i wanted to change the order.

I ordered a blå, blue face watch in my last order to you and I received a black face watch. It's the second time that has happened with the same watch. I didn't complain the first time, I just kept it because it's nice too, but the second order. I wanted a d still want the blue face model.

I placed my order and it never arrived, and they don't reply to my messages!

I’m very happy with the watch, but the delivery time took more than 3 weeks.

This is a review of Vintage Watches which is a subcompany of Urværket. Since Vintage Watches on their website shows the rather nice Trustpilot score from Urværket and not Vintage Watches themselves as its very bad, I share my experience here. I ordered an Omega watch earlier this year. When I received it, it was not the displayed or described item. It was rated 4/5 in condition and from 2022. When the watch arrived it was in a terrible condition and from 2006! There was even a scratch in in sapphire dome! They also withdrew the full payment on my credit card a week before actually sending the watch, which violates Danish law. I contacted them many times bit only received useless answers. I returned the watch and luckily got my money back. The people behind are TOTAL AMATEURS! Stay away from this scam company. I can absolutely not recommend anyone to buy here!

Fine shipping time and watch condition but the box itself was incredibly damaged. When you pay so much for a watch, these details matter and certainly impact the resell value.

EDIT: unacceptably POOR customer service. They asked me to email them and I have gotten NO response. They’re incredibly fast here, for everyone to see, but not on email.

They’ve told me earlier on the phone that my emails have been going to spam. That’s a mistake that’s acceptable ONCE… would not recommend.

Reliable and trustworthy company. Its the second time I do business with Urværket and I'm more than satisfied. Sent the product very fast, received it in little bit more than 24 hours.
