Warrenty is scam. They will always try to find customer fault with lame excuase. But all the staff are higly professional. Maybe management keep pressuring them to sell cheap watch and blame customer.... See more

Terrible company. I have been waiting for a refund since January 2026 for a watch that was returned and which they acknowledged receipt this return.
I notice they manage to refund some people. How do you pick and chose which people to refund ditur?

parted with over £480 for a watch that was never received. The seller acknowledges the package is missing but as of yet refuses to refund the payment.
Very poor service from them, not what I would expect at all.

I order and paid for watch i got damage product from ditur I returned the product but they repair and send to me so should it be gift or usless gift should it be new or repaired 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 i was expecting and demanding new watch or refund but company igonore my message and request 😡😡😡😡 never ever i will choose ditur again for shoping

I have looked into your case and can see that we also informed you by email that the watch was not defective, but that the battery had simply run out.
The battery was therefore replaced, and the watch was returned to you in fully working condition.
