The web site is great. Nevertheless, to increase a better experience for the costumer, when the auction has a lot of "pages" (40, 50, 100) we could be able to scroll the pages without the need of seeing them all and pick up one in the middle. The time spend to see a lot of pages (all pages) is, in most cases, useless and not very motivating. For small itens we find transportation expensive compared to regular services, sometimes several times the price of the good. That could be improved. Sometimes the sellers do not give relevant/important info about the products; if that is the case, the seller should be asked to add it to the advertisement.

The company has a good website, with almost full information about what do you want to buy and documents.

As a small business owner I buy lot of items from troostwijk , platform provides very clear pictures and description of items it auctions.The prices are very affordable and creates a nice value chain for business's who can trade the item again at higher value. Really love the platform. Support team is also very responsive.

Do not bother dealing with Troostwijk Auctions, specifically their Eastern Europe/Lithuania representative, Lina Klemaite. I have never encountered an employee so lazy and unresponsive. Getting a reply to an email took upwards of two weeks, stretching a simple process out for a month of wasted time.
After zero success with the initial auction, she refused to relist the items. Furthermore, she refused to list a brand-new asset worth over €20,000, arrogantly claiming it was too "cheap" and unprofitable for them to bother with.

Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and zero professionalism and the biggest stupidity demonstrated by this individual.
Save yourself the headache and go to a competitor.

Communication was polite, but responses were often slow and usually required several follow-ups. The information available for the auction lots was quite limited, making it difficult to assess the condition and documentation of the equipment before committing to the purchase.

I had a really good experience with them. I always find everything I need and it’s a pleasure working with serious and capable people. The dedication shows every time and I’m really grateful for the products I received from the auction. Thank you very much for the amazing job you do. I really recommend it to every one that wants to find cool things and experience the thrill of an real time auction.

They have too much hidden costs: example, the export (temporarily 14days) number plate is officially 150euro, they charge 300euros and in cash only. If you also collect the on your own terms, they still charge you 100 euros for no reasons. I mean i have already won the auction. Why all the costs and rules. The pictures online aren't the same as in reality.

Be very careful bidding, once you enter a bid mistakenly there is absolutely NO way back.
Even if you report your mistake immediately, Troostwijk does not support you in any way or form. They even threaten you if you do not pay.
