My pearls were well packaged and look just like the ones pictured on the website. They were delivered within a week. They are beautiful and were fairly priced.

Easy to order online. Enough specific info on the product. Great looking Tahiti black (charcoal) pearls competitively priced. Fast Free shipping.

I was particularly bothered by the method used to post the item. The item itself (Peral Necklace) is a small item probably measuring less than 25mm x 25mm. However, you chose to package it in a large box that doesn't fit through a letter box. This then caused major problems with Fed-Ex who eventually ended up leaving an expensive item on my doorstep (against my instructions) This was an inconvenience which, to my mind, could have been avoided. C'mon guys, think this through..

I ordered earrings and a necklace in July and was very happy with the overall experience and quality of the products. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share the amazing customer service I received after I lost a pearl from one of the earrings a few weeks ago. I reached out to customer service to see how I could get a new pearl and have the earring fixed. The Pearl Source responded right away and said they would replace the earring free of charge and even sent me a shipping label so I didn't have to pay for shipping when I returned the broken earring to them. I have already received the replacement. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased! I highly recommend this company!

I ordered 18" multi colored freshwater pearls, received a strand just barely 17". Called and was helped immediately. Received my replacement right away snd they are perfect.

Quick delivery and very good quality for the price. I like being able to add length to the necklace when I order. Lots of choices. I have received many compliments on my pearls, which I wear all the time.

I knew i wanted some sort of pearl piece for my sister's birthday. And it had to be extra special. As it was being purchased late. It had to WOW my her and be something my nieces would fight over years from now. I loved the peach 17 inch pearl necklace but missed out on them. So my next pick was pink. From what my sister said it's perfect and she loves it. It was ordered on a Saturday then air mailed out on Monday. And arrived on Wednesday.

They are absolutely beautiful and very elegant. The pink color was very important to me for breast cancer awareness. I also have the pearls and bracelet that my husband has given to me for my birthdays thank you.

I purchased three different sets of pearls including necklace, bracelet and matching earrings. Sets were for Christmas gifts for my daughter and two granddaughters. They were beautiful and matched perfectly. Hopefully they will love them as much as I do.

The quality is definitely good. But the pearls color is more pinkish than white. It was clearly mentioned that it would be white.

The necklace is stunning. But the box (jewelry box) was mailed to me in a padded sleeve instead of a box. The conners are damaged and this is supposed to be a 70th birthday gift. I have emailed the "help" or "contact us" email at the bottom of the website along with picyures to prove the damages, and i haven yet to hear back. I will never purchase from pearl source again. I payed over a 100 dollars and thats not even close to the prices of some of the products they sell. Do they treat all their customers like this or just the ones that spend under 1000.
