I ordered an engagement ring
I ordered an engagement ring, and it was absolutely stunning. However, when I proposed to my girlfriend, we realized that the ring was slightly too large. We also wanted to replace the center green gemstone with a different one.
Before the proposal, I removed the security tag from the ring but kept it safely. Unfortunately, I later found out that returns are normally not accepted once the security tag has been removed.
For more than a week, we worked with the customer support team, hoping they would make an exception in our case. In the end, they carefully reviewed our situation and kindly approved the return.
I truly appreciate their understanding, flexibility, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier, and I'm very grateful for their support.

Get a new delivery company!
I'm pleased to say I have today received my order, I will leave a review about the product once I've had chance to check it over.
The main reason for this one is probably because I want other customer's to have the chance to say if they've experienced similar.
The delivery was prompt as scheduled. After opening the plastic bag it became clear that the package has not been treated kindly & the outer Glamira box was quite damaged meaning it's not suitable to give to the recipient. This is the box that holds the certification, presentation box & product. I have taken photos to show the damage. Where can I send these? You probably want to consider a different delivery company!
