This company makes nonsensical scripts…

This company makes nonsensical scripts or generic statements that have nothing to do with what you are asking about. My account was frozen last year over Bots from a third party marketer as most can't deliver or produce organic streams. When I went to ask about my end of terms contract they replied with a host of offences accusations other than the bots I received. This is complete lies and false. They apologize then they delivery a load of actuations as below.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand your concern regarding the management of your Sound On account. After a thorough review, we must inform you with full transparency that due to repeated violations of the Sound On Terms of Service, your account has been permanently frozen.
As a result, all of your previous releases are being taken down, and any associated royalties will be held. The violations detected include, but are not limited to:
Misrepresentation of user content as original work.
Use of copyrighted content without authorization.
Evidence of fraudulent activity, including artificial streaming to inflate play counts.
Fraudulent creation of Sound On video content, including spam.
Use of the same ID across multiple accounts.
It is important to clarify that we cannot make changes to the Spotify profile name, as this management depends directly on the platform.
We understand this situation may be difficult and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Our team is here to support you and ensure the process is as clear and straightforward as possible.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, reaffirming our commitment to supporting you with transparency, dedication, and care.

Sincerely,
Ximena

Completely preadtory AI run slop.

What an utterly appalling group of people. Client service? Forget it, you'll be ignored, circlejerked, lied to and fed AI responses.
They flag music for copyright infringements and decline tracks for utterly ridiculous things, lie through their teeth about how or why it's working the way it is, then slam the tickets shut on your hands when you try to have a conversation about how and why.
I cannot stress this enough: as an independent artist, DO NOT use Soundon. They are belligerent, ignorant clowns.
They also take the rights to your music from you, by the way, its written in the T's and C's.

ABSOLUTE TRASH — 10 Songs Held Hostage for Nearly a Month and still holding them

Avoid SoundOn at all costs unless you want your music held in a "review" black hole indefinitely. I submitted 10 tracks on May 16, 2026, and as of June 9, they are STILL in review. Despite their standard policy of moderating music within three working days, it has been over three weeks with zero progress.Their support is a joke. I’ve contacted them daily, and all I get are copy-paste "protocol" messages citing "new internal standards" and "updated eligibility". Even after providing the modifications they requested for artwork on some tracks, they still refuse to distribute the other seven that had no issues. They refuse to escalate to a supervisor and claim they can't manually bypass the queue while they essentially freeze your account. This company is not a team player. They hold your music hostage and offer non-existent customer service. If you value your music career, go with a distributor that actually functions. This has been the biggest mistake for my brand, Zax Dezignz. DO NOT USE SOUNDON.

2 months and still no support.

Wow I can see now 100% no support at all. The "Tahimik na Kwarto" is still available only on tiktok but not in spotify nor youtube music. And it seems like nobody is supporting. Imagine your album is out there but not accessible. And nobody to support. If u guys planned this to be free at least dont be a scammed when something went wrong. The support is BS. No support at all.

Decent

I’ve had some releases removed without warning but emailed customer service and they rectified it quickly. Payments are delayed sometimes by two months. They seem ok. My only complaint as of late is the review time for new releases. I have several tracks waiting to be reviewed and their AI CS is unable to escalate to a real agent as they just state review times are longer. Other than that they are pretty decent. No real complaints yet

THE WORST POSSIBLE DISTRIBUTOR OUT…

THE WORST POSSIBLE DISTRIBUTOR OUT THERE. They clearly are trying to use AI to manage the releases; they will waste your time with rejections and ask you to verify rights, even when you provide them with signed licences. One time they made me go into the studio to prove we wrote the song and send them a video!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT DISTRIBUTION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

WARNING TO INDEPENDENT MUSICIANS

WARNING TO INDEPENDENT MUSICIANS

I signed up to SoundOn thinking I was distributing my music. I was actually giving my rights away — permanently.

Like most users, I did not read the Terms of Service carefully. SoundOn counts on that.

Hidden in their contract is a clause that says, even if you delete your account, the license you granted over your music remains valid. Forever. You lose access to your own content. They keep the right to use it.

This is not a misunderstanding. This is not a bug. This is the business model.

I had 28 original compositions on this platform. They are no longer fully mine.

If you are a musician, do not upload anything to SoundOn before understanding what you are actually signing. The platform is free. Your music is the price.

SoundOn facilitates music theft and…

SoundOn facilitates music theft and ignores proven copyright fraud

I am writing this to warn every independent artist: STAY AWAY from SoundOn. This distributor is currently facilitating massive music theft and protecting scammers.
My original tracks were stolen, re-titled, and uploaded to Spotify and TikTok via SoundOn by fraudulent accounts. Despite providing ironclad evidence — including a formal legal resolution from YouTube where I already proved my ownership and had the infringing copies removed — SoundOn’s support team has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
They ignore emails, send automated bot responses, and continue to collect royalties from my stolen assets while knowingly hosting fraudulent content. By refusing to issue a manual takedown after being presented with proof of fraud, SoundOn is becoming a complicit party in copyright infringement.
If you value your intellectual property, do not trust this platform. They do not protect creators; they protect bad actors and ignore legal facts.
Case details: Artist Snaik Seven vs. Maria Laudin Riascos (confirmed fraud).

THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. Once you sign up , upload and promote your music. They delete your account, keep your music and carry on collecting your royalties for themselves.

If i can leave a 0 review I would

If i can leave a 0 review I would. One of the worst customer service platform I know. I am compelled to share my concerns regarding the professionalism and effectiveness of SoundGlobal’s customer support.

My account was locked due to the 2-Step Verification feature that I personally enabled in my account settings. I clearly explained this issue and provided all required and verifiable information to recover access. Despite this being a straightforward, platform-related matter, the issue remains unresolved after multiple email exchanges across two separate support threads.

Throughout these communications, I was repeatedly asked to provide a username. However, SoundGlobal does not use usernames for account authentication. To verify this, I even created a new account and confirmed that no username is required or generated. I consistently clarified that account access is tied to an email address and phone number, not a username.

I repeatedly provided the following information, all of which are directly linked to my SoundGlobal account:

Email address

Phone number

TikTok account

Gmail account

Despite supplying and reaffirming these details multiple times, no effective resolution has been offered.

As a registered label and business operating under a formal contract with SoundGlobal, I find this level of support inadequate and unprofessional. Given the nature of this issue and the volume of accurate information already provided, I expected a higher standard of assistance. The continued lack of resolution has directly impacted normal business operations.

The Worst Distribution Experience

SoundOn has potential (great release stats and TikTok features), yet the company fails the most important parts - delivering music on time and customer service. My account is missing crucial features from the start, option for distribution to Apple Music and Promotions not appearing in the menu. Customer service seemed responsive at first, but no issues are ever resolved. Works stay in the review cue way pass their release date. Requests for album deletion are being ignored and customer service stops replying all together, entrapping your releases in limbo. When I tried to create a new account, which had all the features available and would allow me to move my releases there, my application was rejected due to "unusual activity". The only unusual activity is their own.

They are a scam

They are a scam, thieves they took down my song with over 800 million TikTok views, 8+ syncing licence deal with big brands, after 1 year contract, without no explanation , or clarity of infringements, my song is still in stores, they are collecting royalties for it, including syncing royalties and not sending me any cent. Trash Platform and Retarded Employees

I started using sound down 2 months ago my second really sighed released it hasn't even been copyrighted on YouTube so I emailed them telling them hey my song hasn't been sent to YouTube content ID and I showed them the screenshots and the proof and everything and they're like yes it did and then I waited and it still hasn't a month later so that I reached out again no one has responded right And then also my promo page every time I try editing it inside the editor there's like a little phone cut out preview screen that doesn't properly show my promo page as I'm editing it and not showing me a preview of what I'm doing as I'm editing it and then when I try to add YouTube links to my promo page it doesn't even properly link any of my thumbnails or the titles or displays in the promo page after I submit it I sent sound on customer service 50 emails in one thread and they literally repeat the same thing asking for pictures asking for videos and I sent them everything I sent them video screenshots screen recordings pictures and links to TikTok video showcasing the issue I'm experiencing and they still just don't comprehend what I'm saying and they just continue asking me the same thing over and over so I literally started cussing at them and I don't even use it anymore I'm not going to use it anymore and they still email me telling me watch what I'm saying and I'm like I don't care I'm not going to use your platform you guys don't want to you want to keep asking me the same question is over and over and over and over again but I already told you everything that you need to know and instead of asking me again hey can you tell me what the issue is why don't you read the other 50 emails that I sent in the same f****** thread

Avoid SoundOn at all costs

Avoid SoundOn at all costs. They shut down my account out of nowhere—no warning, no explanation, nothing. My account was in perfect standing, and they still wiped it and pulled all my music from stores overnight.

And the worst part? I believe they kept collecting money from TikTok even after closing my account. I had to get a lawyer involved and no response from them.

This company is shady, unprofessional, and absolutely not to be trusted. Stay far away.

Concern

Hi, sound ON, maybe work for some music creator but not for me. I've been using this distributor since 2021, and I never collect a red cent from them.
More than six months every time when I check my account, they said royalties reports delayed and when check again the message disapare.

No customer service at all

No customer service at all. First it was my drivers license was illegal (2X) then it was artist name needs to be changed. The artists name is literally my name. These people play games for weeks and still won't publish song. You go round and round with an AI chat that does nothing but run you in circles. Go to any other music distribution company and stay away from this one. Absolute and complete bulls**t!
