Useless. Nice looking website that tells you nothing about your delivery.

I bought a fridge off a company that advised on the shopify website on the 17th of August 2026,I haven't received anything from the company yet. So I advise people who buy things from shopify websites be very careful

I placed an order for Resilla aged Garlic. Buy 2 get 1 free and q additional free gift. What arrived? 2 very small packages of aged garlic. And the "gift" looks like a small spice jar. You can find them at Dollar Tree. But they still owe me 1 free package. It was a promotional offer. Don't buy from SHOPIFY THEY ARE HOME TO SCAMMERS & FRAUDULENT COMPANIES.

Very disappointing experience. I have been unable to access my account for several days and have spent a lot of time trying to recover it, but no one has responded or provided any real help. I need access to my account to manage my orders and products, but it seems like no one cares about resolving the issue.
Days of my time have been wasted, and I am still waiting for someone to respond. Not great customer service at all.

Most of the online stores it hosts are scammers.

I ordered a cooker from Appliance Yard shopify. I came across it via a google search for cheap cookers.
I never received my order although i had confirmation of the order, it was never shipped.
When trying to contact the company the chat didn't work and the contact details provoded were false (email never worked and phone number being a random chippy). Shopify should verify the seller instead of allowing scammers to take your money.
It is a platform for fraud, use with caution.

I sure wish there was a way to give this crap site a ZERO!

I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from ANYONE that either of these entities act as a "clearinghouse" for!
I ordered some pet toys back in March 2026.
Never received them!
I tried the order number I was given on the purchase invoice and it came back "unavailable."
After trying several other numbers, I got the order but the "store" is no longer available!
There went $36 bucks that I can't afford, right out the effing window!
My latest purchase involving SHOPIFY/SHOP was on August 13th of this year.
Got a message from SHOP saying, "your item has shipped."
NOT TRUE! Items hadn't even been packed yet!
THESE SITES HELP SCAMMERS STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Do yourself a favor - DON'T BUY FROM ANY ENTIY USING THESE SITES TO HANDLE THEIR SALES!
When you click on "Checkout" and it opens up a window to "SHOP/SHOPIFY"
BACK OUT IMMEDIATELY and find a different website for your purchase!
SHOP/SHOPIFY accepts ZERO responsibility for ANYTHING that goes wrong with your purchase thru them!
Isn't that convenient?
We'll take your info and money but if you need help, you are on your own!

I ordered a spare part from a third party (fastspares.co.uk). When the wrong, incompatible part arrived the company was evasive, negligent and refused a refund. My issue with Shopify is it allows unscrupulous and fraudulent companies to trade by processing their payments. When one tries to contact Shopify about such issues there is no way to do so. The company is distant, inaccessible and with no clear Customer Service department.

I will never order from this APP ever again. It's all fraud and a big scam! They took £135 of my money and never delivered any goods to me. The police should be made aware of this and investigate the big fraudulent scam. I'm informing the police, newspapers and I would go as far as the tv. As they dont just con me, they are doing it to EVERYONE ! They need stopped and I won't rest until these scammers go to prison. AVOID THIS APP LIKE THE PLAGUE! PLEASE AVOID AND DONT RECOMMEND BECAUSE THERE IS FRAUD GOING ON...

Still taking money from my account , when I have already paid the full amount earlier in the month.

They trade as Clifton shoewear but you never receive the goods. Unable to contact after sales.

I wouldn't give this company 1 star keep your eyes on facebook as this company has let someone sell air conditioning units on there platform and because weve not had these delivered there not bothered if your in the same boat as I believe there's 100s may be 1000s of people been ripped off and shopify are not willing to help get your money back and just keep saying contact your bank.
So if you want to take this further join our legal proceedings on Facebook once I get it set up to claim your money in the small claims courts let's put a stop to these companies that are letting people take our money then not to deliver the goods and expect us to walk away well im sorry not this time.
If you want use the address on company house website for you to take shopify to the small claims courts or if you want to join us on our legal fight keep your eyes on Facebook I will try and set up a page were you can leave your details so someone can get in touch to take this further we believe there's 100s to 1000s of people in the same boat so this isn't a little bit of money and is going to take time to get this into the court but I believe shopify are at fault for this company setting up a fraudulent company then refusing to refund us.
They should of with held any money until the goods have been dispatched or delivered there's no excuse at all for this too happen but the excuses I keep getting is ridiculous so I will be taking this further and the more people that join this action the better putting a stop too jenytool and shopify so this dosent happen again.

having read the previous (bad) reviews, I have to completely agree with them. I had purchased some 'jewellery' from Carol's Jewellery who use Shopify. The earrings received were unwearable due to ear wires being much too thin and not rigid enough to put through ears. When I wrote to them I was told I would have to pay for the return postage or accept 20% off - which unfortunately I did as it was the easiest option. However, I had orderd 2 parcels. One did not arrive at all even though it was paid for and kept being told it was in transit. There has been "much" correspondence regarding the wrong amount of refund (which wasnt refunded anyway), - and they have sent me a copy of a so-called refund - the first one was apparently not for my order (so was the wrong amount), the following copy they sent has not even been refunded to me. They are a complete shambles and think their jewellery offers are a scam. I certainly will not use them ever again. Am still awaiting final outcome - - and hopefully full refund!

Took money for goods which have not been shipped. No mechanism to contact Shopify readily available, advised to contact bank. this encourages scammers. No customer service at all.

I swear to god, the biggest regret of my life is ever believing that lying ad I seen on Youtube. This has to be up with the biggest scam ever, Shopify is a total and utter farce. The system is so so difficult to use, all these little things that could make it easier, they don't have and don't care that they don't have. The sidekick is the biggest farce on line, it lies to you, gives false information, gives advice which would involve you breaking the law and then does things to your own website that it then says it cant fix. The claim that they do everything for you is not only way of the mark, it is all out blatant lies. I totally urge everyone to NOT join Shopify, stay well away. Go to a proper professional company. Shopify is not regulated, has not complaint process or procedure, they do not take any of your complaints or issues serious. My opinion, but it feels like a bunch of amateurs got together and tried opening a business, and got it way wrong. Their Collective App, is nothing less that a corrupt scam, full of people over inflating process on items, making it near impossible for you to import. Shopify does not regulate Collective, it is an utter free for all, riot of a platform, and they want money from YOU, as part of the monthly payment plan, for using it. Couldn't make it up. I have never given a company such a scathing review, I think I keep writing as I am seeking to find the words to express my utter contempt for this company. I am sure my point has been pade.

This company allows companies to masquerade as UK companies and when raised with them they do not care and say the company is at fault. Don't use them I never will again as stuck with runners for 75 quid which do not fit

Wish I had checked on here before buying , no goods received, no reply from website , long wait now for bank charge back claim . Google should remove this company from there search , I feel sick !

I’m not sure how Shopify continues to to exist. They not only turn a blind eye to criminal activity but seem to actually encourage it.

Despite being reported time after time, a Shopify merchant “Art By Jennifer” steals artwork from other artists and sells prints of it claiming the art is their own. Reported dozens of times and Shopify do nothing at all.

Shopify is a flat form for fraud.

Be very careful if you use this company because shopify is complicit in allowing SCAM websites, they obviously don’t check companies out, you will get SCAMMED be warned.
