I ordered a spare part from a third party (fastspares.co.uk). When the wrong, incompatible part arrived the company was evasive, negligent and refused a refund. My issue with Shopify is it allows unscrupulous and fraudulent companies to trade by processing their payments. When one tries to contact Shopify about such issues there is no way to do so. The company is distant, inaccessible and with no clear Customer Service department.

I ordered a replacement Spool Cover for Ferrex XYZ582 grass strimmer. An incompatible different part was delivered. It was a spool and not the requested spool cover (which did not fit). No paperwork, invoice, receipt or instructions on how to return the item or claim a refund were included. When contacted by email the company was evasive and refused my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
