This company operates with a completely haphazard and unreliable approach to business; despite having paid for our products, we are unable to receive them. We made a purchase totaling nearly £6,000, but they offered various excuses—such as claiming items were out of stock—and promised immediate shipment, yet we have had no resolution for about 15 days. Having to explain the same situation to a different person over the phone each time has made us very wary of the company. My advice is to be careful; I suspect they lure customers in with low prices on a few items but then fail to deliver some of the goods, effectively balancing out the costs in an unscrupulous manner.

The order was incorrect and to date has not been rectified

It was easy to order and good value for money. When parcel went astray I was told so. After that I did not receive any information on when and how it would be delivered. It arrived three days later thankfully.

Order placed after cut off on friday afternoon being bank holiday order should be processed on Tuesday for delivery on Wed, nothing, Rang Wed 4:30 or tried to, voice on end saying delay on answering of over 1 hour. Thursday nothing, tried ringing again, delay of over 1hr before call would be answered. So nextday delivery mmm… un contactable. So went and got the items 24mile journey.
Anything to recommend them? Pleasant counter staff. If you’ve the time, go and collect

Easy web site to order from and clear confirmation of the order. Arrived on time and fitted in 1 hour.

Placed order before 2.30 but did not get delivery for 4 days

Fast and clear way of ordering on the web. Due to bank holiday a bit longer to get the articles but all in all a good service.

Made a few orders this last order there was some items on back order which I hadn't noticed before e placing the order. Tried to call and every time it was a 60min wait time on the phone. It went down one them went back up to over an hour.

Great prices, good products easy to manage purchase

Ordered a piece of cable and a gland Thursday 27th Aug AM. I noticed you were a bit vague about next day delivery - a lot of mentions about same day despatch but in the footer under delivery it was explained next working day uk mainland. Not arrived by the Tuesday. I phoned to get a queue mgt system saying 36 min wait. When I got to front of queue I got cut off had to call again. The guy that answered was very helpful told me it was due that day and gave me tracking code. It arrived Friday 4th Sept.
A previous order I got broken items and wrong items and the replacement order was wrong.
I have been using Superlec for 10-15 years. I don’t think I’ll bother anymore because l know it will go wrong. Something has changed and it isn’t working. Products, prices and website great. Delivery service and Internal processes need sorting out.
