Fantastic experience with RealTruck from start to finish! Their website was easy to navigate, and Lindzy provided excellent online customer service. My tonneau cover arrived quickly, came with everything needed, and was a easy to install. The cover looks great on my truck and works with ease.

I must say I did finally accomplish what I was trying to do with the chat person after approximately 45 minutes. But it was definitely difficult. The individual would not answer any question. The only reply you would get is a statement of choice. Quite frustrating when a simple yes or no answer would have been the simplest.
Oh well, it worked, and I found out what I was trying to achieve finally when I got a link to the Internet website. But man it was difficult.

I purchased a $1,000+ truck bed cover, and the attachment clips that secure the cover to the truck bed are held on with what appears to be only about 1/4” of adhesive. After one hot South Florida summer, all of the attachment clips have come completely unglued from the cover.

The cover is now completely useless. I’ve tried applying additional adhesive myself, but it will not hold up in the Florida heat.

I have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails, and I have not received a single response from the company. For a product costing over $1,000, I expected much better quality and, at the very least, some form of customer service.

I would strongly recommend potential customers think twice before purchasing from this company. A $1,000+ cover should not become completely unusable after one summer, especially when the company refuses to respond to repeated attempts to get help.

Went looking for a tonneau, ended up buying more than that because of the great sales staff! Great Customer service on the sales side of the operation!

Purchased a Real Truck (RT) Elevate Base Truck bed rack. The 4 towers are lockable/removable. One of the tower's locks doesn't work; it isn't key'd correctly. All I asked RT to do was send me 1 replacement tower - key'd to the original defective one. I received several vague emails with incomplete instructions, often from different representatives, asking for the same information (isn't there a common log?). They refused to replace just the defective tower but instead wanted to send me a complete new rack - which seems ok on the surface - but requires me to uninstall the original - then re-install the replacement - then pack up and ship the original. This was "so the engineers can examine the defective tower." I think my suggested solution would still accomplish that without a lot of unnecessary work for me. Buyer beware.

I didn’t know the actual name of the parts I was needing, but the person helping me knew the products well enough to get a part number and a name for what I was needing. This is my third time requiring parts and every time is was a pleasant and professional person assisting me

Nick was very helpful in getting me the product Ford was unable to provide, and at a better cost. Nick saved me time, frustration and money. His level of customer service and the delivery times were all oustanding.

I placed an order several weeks ago. After 10 days and not having my order arrive I emailed them. I was told the item was discontinued. Why they didnt reach out to me regarding this i have no idea. A good business would have reached out right away with my options. Not so. After they said I would be refunded it took an additional 8 days to see my refund. Not good business. I will not order again from. Real Truck as I have had a good experience with another business.

Alex with Real Truck was very helpful in finding the replacement parts that I needed for my bedcover. I could not find the correct parts online but one quick call was all it took to get the correct parts on the way.

The gentleman who assisted me was quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions concerning Elevate Base Rack for my truck. He even helped me with getting a small discount on my order

Unable to initiate "email us or chat links" I decided to call. Initial call was pretty straight forward, talked to a female who told me that she needed the serial number of the tool box in order to continue the request for a lock for it. When I asked she said to just ask for sales when I called back. I obtained the serial number and that is when the nightmare started. Multiple phone calls where I talked to different persons every time and got nowhere with most saying they would transfer to proper dept or unknowledgeable about product.
Have been on hold for 48 min now.
My review will fit in with the many other negative ones, but here again we have a business with management that really doesn't care about customers. Seems that this is the norm for USA these days.

I order a product on July 2 2026 from real truck. Today is August 20 2026 and I have yet to receive my order. I emailed customer service on July 22 2026 to get an update and was told “we see your order but we can’t give any further details. It went on to say the manufacturer is on a production delay that your order we be shipped to you on August 18 2026.” It didn’t ship on that day either. So I sent another email to customer service, again I got we see your order but it’s not here to ship that the manufacturer anticipates to have stock mid to late September once we receive it will take an additional 2-3 weeks for it to ship. We will ship our order in October. But here is a 10% code to use on a future purchase. They advertise having all these products and want you to buy them just to tell you they have no earthly idea when they will ship them.
