I paid almost $17.00 for shipping as it said the part would arrive in 2 days which is September 5th....now it won't arrive until September 8th. This is ridiculous that the shipping is considered standard ground for that much money, also the site said they were located in Miami FL which is about 4 hrs drive away from me.

Ease of service, payment processing, and communication -- price was tight and right also -- I get the feeling my total customer service experience will be well as long as the respect for customer service factor remains in tack -- far too many companies use that AI crap nowadays and it really shows a disrespect to customers who show support for the business -- either do good business by having real conversations with your customers, or don't do business at all.

I ordered a 3.97 Monroe mounting kit. It would fit in a large bubble envelope and I got charged 20+dollars for shipping. I think that is ridiculous. And I can't see my self ordering any thing else here. Sorry CARiD....

I could get car parts anywhere. Just like a person could get a burger from McDonald's or Burger King, Wendy's or Culver's etc.
