Amazing experience
Amazing experience! I received a great offer for my PC, so I ordered a shipping box that included a prepaid shipping label. After they inspected my PC, they actually increased their offer, which was a really nice surprise and shows how professional and honest they are. The whole process was smooth and easy. Great process but they paid a little less than expected from their offer
Great process, although they in receival deducted 7% due to the power supply (which was built in as stated with no model information) and another 7% for cabinet quality (which I had listed as "good" with the only wear being the power button).

Also the packaging material sent to me was excellent, just package the pc and return the box.
After evaluation the money was transferred quickly to me.

Prenew is just a really easy way of selling your old computer for a decent price without the hassle of eBay or others. In my case, I brought my pristine PC in personally and it was treated very well. I got paid on the same day and my PC was already sold the next day. :)
