Ordered a fridge online for a very good price, it was delivered next day, very well packed and super friendly delivery guy. I was a bit intimidated by the installation instructions of the build-in fridge so I called Loeters for an installation appointment. Mohamed scheduled an appointment right away and he came to install it on the desired date. He just did a great job installing the fridge. Everything had to be perfect, he made sure the fridge fitted perfectly, tweaking it a couple of times to make sure fitment was perfect. Very nice guy, very professional. Could not be happier! Fantastic company, really quick and helpful, ordered a washing machine and it was already available in few days. The personnel is really reactive and helpful.
After a month I went back with my old machine and they deposited it for being recycled. Really helpful and very good prices, I think the best in Belgium and probably Netherlands.

Worst experience I ever had, they delivered it to the wrong address (without checking an identity card nor a signature from the recipient?) and then I emailed them to tell I never received my order they said they will investigate.. I never received any update since then, they do not reply anymore to my emails.. Also their customer service is terrible, when you call them they will tell you they will call you back but they never do
