From the price and quality point of view it is great. My complain is about the staff and how professional they were. I bought both fences and Acustic panels form them. It took many back and forth of emails while making the order correct as they didnot seem to know very well about their own products. Then when it came to pick up, they changed their opening hours at the last minute in their website so I could not pick them up. That means to wait the whole week. Then they said that it was to pick up on June 5th. But few days after I wrote them to confirm if they were open not to be in the same situation, then they said it was actually closed that day. Somehow I managed to pick them. Then they missed an item from the order. I called them to pick it up again, due to traffic I called them again and confirmed with the lady that they would put that outside so that i could simply take it as it was just a small item, i arrived the place after driving 40 min in the traffic just see that everything was closed and the item was not there. Really lost many hours and also on time of my plan to work with the fences in my garden.

Received the last panel within few days of publishing this review. Correct color and size first time.

Updated amount of stars on Trustpilot from 1 to 3 - for decent quality for the cheapest price available.

"Ghosting mode activated" - there isn't much more to say about these people.

They try to create impression of professionals who take care of their customers bit don't get fooled - if you need their assistance because THEY messed something up, you won't hear from them.

What happened:

I've bought 2x a package of 4 pieces of "standard" akustikpanel 60x60 - the low quality of the product was expected, as it was quite cheap. I imagined it's difficult to make a mistake here, because it's already packed. How terribly wrong I was ...

Fast forward 4 days and I received it 🎉. But only 7 pieces 🤦‍♂️. If you wonder dear reader, yes, I need 4 pieces per wall. Not more, not less.

I immediately took pictures before taking it out ( the packaging was already torn in one corner because of the delivery - but don't worry, the hole wasn't bigger than 15cm, so 60cm long plank can't fall out). I contacted these self- proclaimed "professionals" how we can resolve this...

Nothing. (Crickets sound in the background).

After 3 days I called them and they picked up 🎉. I explained the situation and I was told I can expect the missing piece to be delivered in 3 days.

It's 5th November and still nothing.

I've tried to contact them again but without success.

So if you ever get excited about buying something from them because it's cheap, be aware that you risk a lot in case that they make mistake. And they will...

Nothing happens for three days and no answer on my email.
They arrived two days too late as we had a small window of delivery and mounting.
Now it has to wait.
If the quality matches the price - I’m a happy camper!
