Sold iPhone 11
Sold iPhone 11, said it was faulty and was quoted £30. On inspection because the battery was under 80% (hence why I sold as faulty) they took £8 off!!

The second time in a row I’ve had a…
The second time in a row I’ve had a phone price offer that was reduced substantially. A 2 year old Samsung galaxy s22 in a case with screen protector all its life. The screen was flawless yet I’m offered £40 below the agreed price due to screen damage. The screen was perfect not a mark. I reject the offer and the immediately increased it by £15. I reject it again and they increase after a senior technician has thoroughly inspected to £10 below original price. Seems a bit poor to me to quote incorrectly. I wonder how many times this happens to people and they just choose to accept the lower amount

Average at best
Despite sending in a phone with no damage and that looks brand new, apparently there was “ Housing wear - Light”.
Seems like an easy way to knock the price down knowing people won’t be bothered to have the back and forth.
On the positive side the process itself was slick and straightforward.

I got paid the exact amount that was stated a few hours or less after getting the notification that my phone was received by envirophone, my phone was in very decent condition I was not sure whether to pick excellent or average because of the battery life was just under 80%
