Great experience with Mazuma Mobile. I was struggling to find a place that would accept my phone because it had cracked glass, but Mazuma took it without any issues. The process was incredibly smooth, featuring a quick turnaround and prompt payment right into my account. Truly great service from start to finish—I will definitely use them again!

Quote and offered price massively different.
Filled out the form online and selected “good” condition to cover the fact my phone has a few scratches on the screen.
Quoted £330 for my iPhone 15 pro.
Sent the device away as instructed and then received an email saying they would only pay me £145.00 as my phone has scratches on it. Including scratches on the body of the phone, which it doesn’t as it has permanently been in a case since purchasing it.
I have photos to prove the phone only has scratches on the screen, as selected when getting my quote and shows none of the damage they are claiming.
They also claim it has water damage, which it definitely does not.
Besides light scratches on the screen, this phone is only 2 years old and perfect working order.
Really disappointed.

I received exactly what was quoted when I entered my mobile details into the system. I sent the phone special delivery to ensure it was fully covered. I described the condition of my phone accurately (as new) and received the sum within a few hours. l was skeptical of these companies however mazuma is well advertised and I am very impressed and would consider selling any phones to them in the future. I had the best quote for a fold 6 that i had for 2 years in excellent condition. I sent the phone yesterday with royal mail (prepaid 48hrs label) but i oped to pay £10 insured delivery just in case. Today morning I had an email saying the phone was received; around 12:00 another email saying the phone passed the tests and around 5pm the payment was in my account.
