Colissimo - La Poste is always my preferred choice because, in my experience, they are very efficient and reliable. Parcels arrive on time and it is very easy to ‘suivi votre coli’. I am always kept informed ( by email). The staff are always friendly.

I ordered shoes from Birkenstock and unfortunately this terrible company did the delivery. Twice they said they tried to deliver but I wasn't home. That's a total lie because I was literally sitting near the door both days. Terrible service. Avoid them if you can.

A very efficient delivery service,my postman always knocks on the door to deliver and goes out of his way to have a conversation, very impressive because being English and speak only a little French we have a good understanding.

Their indicated delivery times are incorrect. For example, 5 days delivery outside the EU actually means 10 days because Colissimo doesn't account for customs time. And according to the customer service representative, they know about this discrepancy but continue the false advertising.

The information on the parcel tracker is vague, incomplete and/or inaccurate.

The online AI helper is the most complicated and useless tool I have ever used. The customer service representatives are extremely rude.

Delivery was sooner than expected, communication about delivery was impeccable. Package arrived clean and orderly. Well done!

The packaging is broken when I received

They tell lies! According to Colissimo the could not access my driveway - what rubbish. La Poste delivered 2 parcels only an hour before they attempted delivery! Access to our property could not be easier, no gates and we were in all day, car in drive and garage doors open - couldn't be easier. I doubt they were anywhere near our property. Why can they not say they didn't have time to deliver today and will try again tomorrow instead of telling lies?

I live in Paris suburbs. Colissimo has been a reliable and trustworthy source for delivery. On time, professional delivery people, polite. I was prompted in advance as to a need to change date of delivery to adapt to my schedule , it was not necessary but appreciated. I had several options other than home; a relay, or nearby post office. It’s a great service. Recommended !!

For the 2nd time a parcel was out for delivery between 8-12, at 4pm got a message to say it could not be delivered until 4 days later. This was urgent and no explation of why it could not be delivered.Dreadful company will not use inless there is on option and then expect the worst.

The French Post (La Poste) is very unhelpful and seems to protect scammers. I received an empty box with nothing inside. I wrote to them about it, but they told me to contact the seller. I explained that the seller refuses to talk to me and keeps saying he sent the goods. I asked La Poste to send me an official email confirming the real weight of the package (number CO720731737FR) at their sorting center, so I can know if the seller is telling the truth. They refused to do it. So I see two possibilities:
The seller sent an empty box and doesn’t want to talk.
Someone at La Poste stole the contents and left an empty box.
The case is already with the Police. The fact that La Poste refuses to help only shows that this company cannot be trusted and helps thieves. It is not difficult for them to send one official email with the real weight of the package. Please check this.

Colissimo was supposed to deliver a package I bought online to a pickup point near my home; instead, they claim they had to drop it off at a partner location on the other side of town, leaving me to figure out how to get it.
To top it all off, the email notifying you of this change ends with "for the good of the planet, please consider walking or cycling..."—it’s a total slap in the face.
La Poste needs to go and make way for serious professionals!

Terrible. My package from france disappeared somewhere in the netherlands. Track and trace says Adress incomplete? The seller sent me a picture before shipping. It was correct. Their website is a joke.No way to inform them the adress again. No customer service.

Colissimo - La Poste kept me up to date with every stage of the delivery and my parcel was delivered on the date stated on my order in perfect condition.
