Easy to purchase and ship to USA! Order was correct and great.

I’ve ordered products several time from Care to Beauty. Those ship from Portugal to my house in Canada. Every order arrives in a very timely manner, well packaged and in excellent condition.

I ordered L'Oréal Paris Elvive Growth Booster Anti-Hair Loss Serum. I was expecting it in beginning of August and already got it, like in 1 week from purchase. Im really surprised and satisfied with my decision to by it from Caretobeauty. To be honest I really was suspicious of this site and it was my first ever order from them and can say for ure now that I will be buying from them in the future with much confidence. Thank you so much.

This is my second order with Care to Beauty. I use this site to order sunscreens from Europe which contain ingredients that are not yet available in the US and work much better than what is on our market. Both times I ordered, I received the orders quickly (this most recent order was within a week!) and the company was great with communications. I’ve been happy with their products and service and have recommended them to friends.

The company was helpful and delivered what I wanted.

I have not used the product it arrived yesterday but I was kept up to date on delivery , product was what I ordered I saw a review that stated they received the wrong item

I have ordered from Care to Beauty many times, and my experience has consistently been excellent. They offer an impressive selection of high-quality European skincare, pharmacy and beauty products, including items that are very difficult—or sometimes impossible—to find locally. Their prices are also often considerably better than those available elsewhere.

My most recent order included the Avène Couvrance Compact Foundation Cream SPF30 in Natural, and Avène Couvrance Mosaic Puder Brightness(now there is a new version), and I was once again very pleased with both the product and the overall service. I have purchased many different products from Care to Beauty over time and have always been satisfied with their quality and authenticity.

Orders are handled efficiently, delivery is fast and reliable, and the entire purchasing process is clear and professional. I especially appreciate being able to find trusted brands and specific products in one place without spending hours searching elsewhere.

Very happy with Care to Beauty both times I have used them. The lip pencil I love is not available in Australia so I was relieved to still obtain it. No problems with duty added or other complications. Maybe the delivery was a little extended but I was not needing the goods urgently so didn't take much notice of the date I received it. The contents were very carefully packaged and the box securely sealed. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Despite it’s a cross continent delivery, I’m very happy with my order, I purchase online retinal 3 and 6 each on Thursday and I received it Monday in Taiwan, so fast! I’ll definitely buy from care to beauty next round

Unfortunately this delivery was disappointing! I received a cream that I didn’t ordered and it arrived in very bad condition ( broke and opened) . I think it is a very bad policy to send another product instead of asking me before…. This took away my confidence in the company

This was the only place I could find to order my product, and they quickly shipped it to me.

I had a terrible experience with Care to Beauty. This was my first order with them, and it will definitely be my last.

I ordered two creams, and both arrived damaged. One bottle had a completely broken pump, and the other bottle had a hole in it. I contacted Care to Beauty immediately and provided all the photos and evidence they requested.

They acknowledged that the products had arrived damaged, but they refused to offer a replacement or a refund. Their response was that their policy does not cover this type of issue and that the products were still “usable,” so they would not exchange or refund them.

I had no choice but to open a dispute with PayPal. As expected, PayPal reviewed the evidence and ruled in my favor, issuing me a full refund. PayPal also gave me a £15 voucher for the inconvenience.

I have never experienced such poor customer service or such an unreasonable response from a company. Receiving damaged products is frustrating enough, but refusing to take responsibility and resolve the issue is completely unacceptable. Absolutely disgusting service. I would not recommend Care to Beauty to anyone.
