I got 3 x eyebrow pencils I couldn't find in store anymore ( they are my staple, and nothing works the same ) and they were fairly priced, arrived in great time and great communication from the store! Happy, will be using in future :)

I dont think I have ever left a review on a store in my life, but just simply had to today. Specifically for Stephen in this store, Harvey Norman Tralee - amongst the christmas madness ( it was extremely busy and overwhelming as a shopper, I dont even want to imagine what its like to work through it). Never the less we were aproached so promptly by Stephen who just couldnt have assisted us anymore. Helpfully, politely and so full of knowledge on each product, he answered every single query we had with the best outcome, we went in unsure, and left so confident with excellent christmas finds and deals shared by stephen! We were so impressed by how he went over and beyond, we wanted to give him a little tip to show appreciation, of which he refused to take but told us to put it in the charity box for paliative care instead. Top class.
