I met with the audiologist, Priya, last week and found her to extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me understand my hearing aids capabilities further and suggested some ear oil that would help me with me with an ear problem i experince, even coming downstairs to the pharmacy to show me the appropriate ear treatment i could use. Really felt looked after by an experienced person.

I have been to other hearing places previously but Boots, to me, was the best by far. The audiologist explained everything and took her time. She made me feel at ease and confident that my hearing would improve once I had the hearing aids that suited my hearing problems best.

My experience with Boots hearing care in Chippenham was excellent. I've struggled with ear issues for years and been brushed off by doctors so many times, so I went into my hearing test feeling quite nervous and apprehensive.
The audiologist, Millie McNeil made me feel very comfortable, understood my worries and actually provided me with answers and caught potential issues many doctors have missed. She took the time to explain things thoroughly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.
Overall, a super friendly and great experience.

Dreadful. Been a customer for many years but given up as you cant book appointments online and no-one answers the phone! Raised it with them a year ago but still the same.

Your audiologist was friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. Every step was explained fully and clearly including the tests and results. I was able to try the hearing aids in store (fully programmed to my hearing requirements)before making my final decision to purchase. Although a bit pricier then elsewher my final decision was influenced by the insurance and aftercare packages you were able to offer. All these factors were important to me as a first time user of hearing aids.
