After struggling to get through on the phone gor my nan i sent an email over to ask if there were connection issues with their phones. I received a call from their head office first and then later from the branch. They were very apologetic for the difficulty we faced ordering battery replacements for my nan and informed us they would send out batteries on our behalf. To our absolute amazement they sent out enough batteries for several months as an apology and said they were being given to my nan complementary by way of apology for the difficulty we faced getting through.

My nan has been with Audika for several years and the care she receives from them not only when ordering from them but when she goes for hearing checks is very comforting. At 98 years of age one of my family always attends any appointments with her and she is always made to feel at ease and well supported during her visits. Their care with my nan and welcoming manor is a great comfort to my family knowing that she is being taken care of to the highest standard possible.

I can't thank them enough for their support and welcoming nature and couldn't recommend their services highly enough.

Great service, quick informative and helpful

I have known Simon for 8 1/2 years, that is since I had my first test and hearing aids.
You are instantly conscious that you are under the care of a professional team in Bideford.
Simon is a true gentleman and very proficient at what he does. Another plus for me is the cleanliness and great hygiene shown during my visit, my OCD didn’t get in the way at all.
I know that I can call Audika in Bideford if I have any issues with my hearing or hearing aids any time.
This is one of those really great services, and it is certainly worth paying for, and a special mention to James too.

Recently went to Plymouth branch for usual annual checkup. The audiologist Benjamin was very thorough in reviewing the results of the hearing assessment and tweeking my hearing aids. A useful discussion too on tinnitus. Professional and friendly staff.

They were polite, informitive and comforting.

Annette based in Hull was very professional, thorough and friendly throughout the appointment. She was on her own working with no receptionist so had the door locked and the door sensor with her. She remained calm throughout and was excellent doing both jobs.

I was very pleased with Steven O'Leary and his care fir me. He was through and explained everything. He wasn't trying to push a sale, but allowed me to think what we could afford and what we needed. I would recommend him! The other staff are lovely and friendly too!

Just went into Audika Ipswich as had an issue with one of my hearing aids. Andrew very kindly dealt with this immediately, even though he was awaiting his first customer and all was resolved. Further to all the other appointments I have had since having my hearing aids fitted with Andrew I have always received first class professional service. I strongly recommend Andrew and this branch.

Excellent, attentive service from everyone at the Sheffield Church Street branch - Will, Wendy & George. Any problem I have is dealt with sympathetically and speedily. Handy for public transport and for car parking. In general Audika and its predecessor, Amplifon, have provided excellent testing and hearing aids for the past 20 years.
