Quality incosistency
"I updated my review, because of the lovely reply, and taking my feedback into consideration"
Hi,
I’ve been a loyal Bodylab customer for many years now(around 6 years), regularly buying your protein powders, pre-workouts, and supplements.
Lately, I have noticed a lot of inconsistency with the Whey Protein Vanilla flavor. The powder seems different in every bag. The taste is sometimes more intense, other times less, and when I mix it with water to make a sauce for pancakes or other dishes, the texture and behavior are always different, even though I’m very precise and consistent with the amounts of powder and water I use (exact same grams).
Every bag gives me a different result.
I’m giving this feedback because I usually buy 3–5 bags at a time, so I can clearly see the variation in quality. Please pass this on to the relevant team: we value Bodylab for its quality, especially in this product, and that’s exactly why it’s been my number one choice for years.
Let’s bring that consistent quality back!

Some minor variation from batch to batch can occur, as we source our whey protein from different suppliers to ensure consistent availability and high raw material quality. While we always follow fixed recipes and strict quality controls, natural differences in the raw materials can affect taste and behavior – for example, how the product reacts when heated or used in recipes.

Great company - one thing could be better
I am a super happy Bodylab customer and I really appreciate the quality, taste, and consistency of their products. Especially I like that it's a Danish brand with in-house production for some of their products. Also they ship insanely fast.
However I am only giving 4 stars as they won't when asked give transparency regarding the production of their own label of creatine. Customer service just states it is "Produced outside of EU" but won't give any additional details regarding purity, CoA, production and possible tests regarding heavy metals, dicyandiamide, creatinine, and thiourea.
When we take these things every day, we should demand information on such things. I hope Bodylab will improve informing customers about such things in the future regarding a lot of their products so we can show we take long-term health as seriously as performance.
Until then I’ll continue buying some of their other products (the ones I trust).

Very good protein drinks
I think their protein drinks are really good. I gave up the ones in the pharmacy, although I paid only half price for them. They had too much sugar. The ones from Bodylab are perfect, in terms of ingredients and price.

Top quality, great taste, and kind people
I’ve been with Bodylab for almost a year now, and I’m so happy with all the products! The taste of the protein drinks is incredible – honestly, I could drink them all day.
Customer service has also been amazing. One time, an item was missing from my order, and after just one email, it was quickly sent out. When the package arrived, there was even a sweet apology gift and a beautiful message from Chalotte. That really made my day!
