Delays in refunding me for missing item.
Update on August 21st. Still no sign of my refund and have had to initiate a dispute through PayPal. Disgrace company and I'll stay well clear of you in the future.
Part of the order wasn't delivered which they acknowledged as a mistake on their part but despite this, I've been chasing them for a refund since the 18th of July.
