Excellent service from Adrian Flux

I’ve just insured my DAX Cobra through Adrian Flux and was very impressed with the service. The young lady I dealt with was helpful, professional and patient, taking the time to go through all the available options to make sure I got the right cover at the best possible value and price.

Nothing felt rushed, and she clearly made an effort to find the best solution for my particular car rather than simply offering the first available policy.

A very positive experience and I’ll definitely use Adrian Flux again.

When insurance was required for additional vehicle it just turned into a drama as they couldnt swop policy's and kept requesting documents that they had but I was told this was just how the system did it. Avoid for renewals customer loyalty is not a priority. Also had to pay an quite a large amount of money just to cancel the policy. They made sure they got the commission and cancelling fee.

It has been a pleasure to be insured through Adrian Flux, even though insuring a car these days costs an arm and a leg, and I always search other companies at renewal.
I have taken a second insurance policy out with them for a second vehicle on the basis of their ease of communication and reasonable quotes. Good value easy to use online site to see documentation. One of the few places you can still speak to a human being quickly in customer service. Their car insurance prices were good, and flexible for making amendments mid term (changing vehicle)

I had little hope of getting a better quote for our house insurance. Anil was a fantastic person to have alongside as we navigated the process. He was friendly, professional despite my stress levels, and effective.

Throughout the process he listened to me carefully and treated me with full respect. To be honest, that is worth as much to me as the (much) lower quote, and I'd like to take the opportunity to praise him fully for his time and willingness to try his very best for me (& you) to do business.

I recently changed occupation to a place that couldn’t be covered by Adrian flux and it’s just one of those things that happen I’ve spoken to a lot of the team who haven’t been to helpful in helping me through this situation I called up today to cancel my policy before I got canceled by them and spoke to Donna on the cancellation team who was very helpful and helped me answer some unsolved questions I had that I couldn’t really get from anyone else I’ve spoken to as getting policy canceled isn’t a fun experience anyways she helped me understand it a bit more and explain in good detail the next steps and process of sorting it all out if you need help with anything I highly recommend speaking to Donna she was amazing and if you see this thank you

I spoke to two lovely young ladies both were so amazing I couldn’t thank them enough.
One lady stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was happy getting my portal sorted even though the office was almost closed.

Despite being very busy after the bank holiday my change of vehicle insurance was dealt with quickly to my satisfaction

I wanted to like Adrian Flux and went against a lot of bad reviews, but the stress of the black box policy is not worth it. When you get a cancellation. Text, email due incorrect set up (all done correctly) windscreen on mini to sloping for the calibration you then have to go through the stress of making sure it’s not cancelled. All data being read for good driving etc just a stressed 17 year old worrying their policy will be cancelled. Every time Adrian flux have said it’s their error, but after 3.5 hours worth of phone calls, and reinstalling and a monthly bill of £166 I would seriously go elsewhere. The black box is huge so takes up a big window space which isn’t great compared to other companies.
The customer service has been good, and I’ve spoken to some of their team who couldn’t apologise enough for the nonsense.
All we wanted was a black box policy with a small box that you wouldn’t notice to much, and hassle free driving for the first year. Instead it’s been daily stress from all the messages and none of them are due to bad driving which is why it is so frustrating.

I have had to call the customer service number on two separate occasions regarding the renewal of my policy. On both calls, the representatives I spoke with were rude, unhelpful, and displayed a level of customer service that fell well below what I would expect.

Despite clearly stating that I wished to renew my policy, I was left without cover due to the way my enquiries were handled. At no point did the renewals team appear willing to assist.

Thankfully, when I subsequently contacted your new business/quotes team, the experience was entirely different. The representative was professional, helpful, and took the time to assist me properly. Their level of service highlighted the poor experience I had received from the renewals team.
