I have used Opera for many years, and other browsers. I like some of the functionality and ability to have many short cuts..... but it has been getting difficult to use on sites like Pluto.tv

All my other browsers work fine, not Opera. I have changed my video accellator, made sure VPN is off, clear out storage, run under Admin, etc.... nothing works. Error Code is 100 which I have not seen before.

In any event, after wasting my time.... I gave up and made one of my other Browsers the "default" browser for running video's on Pluto or YouTube, etc...

Finally, I went to Opera to do a search for a possible fix and it wanted me to login or create an account, just to do a search..... I passed and just left; again, just changed my browser default off Opera and now I am fine.

I like the app, it gives free 50mb daily for browsing it's fast, a great app.

I would love them to add the exchanging of rewards points to usd.. thank you

The user experience of this browser continues to deteriorate for me to the point where I have now set up an alternative. The intrusive full screen ads are now plumbing even lower depths. Twice yesterday I was caught out by an ad switching from portrait to landscape while I was trying to remove it, making the process even more stressful. I shall uninstall in the next few days, once I have my alternative up and running to my satisfaction.

Came across this promising looking browser. It has so many helpful functions that have definitely upgraded my experience! It is also very customizable. There is a large variety of wallpapers, extensions etc. If you enjoy that type of thing, I strongly recommend you try this out!
Many bad reviews are because they find the user interface hard to navigate, but this can easily be resolved with a simple search on the internet.
I also like the built-in AI feature. Personally, I have found it very helpful in source-finding and creative ideation.
Overall, I had a great experience with this browser. 100% would recommend!

The spell check dictionary highlights countless words as being misspelled. At first I thought maybe I was wrong, but nope, I'm right, AND OPERA IS WRONG! The spell checker is trash!

Absolute hotdog water. Dont waste your time, half the things I use a browser for just didnt work. Patreon all together didnt work, any livestreams didnt work, none of my passwords swapped over and when I was switching from Chrome to Opera i guess Chrome got spooked and locked me out completely of my main accounts and took a full day of fighting to get everything back how I had it. 0/10 will never waste my time again (not the first time Ive tried it either)

I wanted to like Opera, but it kept crashing on me. The features are cool, but I can't deal with the constant hiccups.

Amazing!! Operas my favorite browser whether its opera gx, opera air, neon or opera. They are all awesome. Most negative reviewsare because Opera isnt garbage and some people dont know how to use not garbage. Awesome company, I remember once I asked for a feauture to delete backrounds and fluke or not they fixed it within the week. People dont see the effort but those feautures.. Early bird gestures. I'm loving it!!

Total rubbish don't waste time and effort with this joke 🤣 when you want to use it, go to android app store and click open, it doesn't install a start button for its app on android devices, weird or what. What else might go wrong or be damaged by this trash 🗑️. Who knows? Don't go near it. Dangerous?

It was the best, now is on par with the worst. Automatic unsolicited updates and settings changes. I really hope your company disappears. I'm done with you.

Wtf?! When I try to watch streaming this stupid browser download their disgusting .exe I never asked for! So unprofessional, be sure I would never use your piece of trash browser!

Using the old Opera was easy and fun. The latest version not so much. I installed it, then, as first step, tried to Import the latest Bookmarks html file. Couldn't find a menu item in Opera's Bookmarks Manager. Searched online for instructions how to do. Once again, couldn't fine the menu items the instructions called for. THIS SHOULD BE EASY. It isn't. STAY AWAY FROM THE OPERA BROWSER.

I was looking for free websites that would block the ads on YouTube. OPERA came up as prominent, the best, so I spent the next hour clicking on it, trying to download what they were giving away for free. But nothing worked. Just went round and round, I changed clicker fingers to give my other fingers an exercise. it says download now, so I did. Nothing happened went to YouTube. I tried to watch educational instructions, but ads popped up every 10 seconds, wasting time. If you're going to reply to this, tell me where I click next once I've downloaded the so-called free gizmo, and where do I click Next .

Stop downloading on my pc i dont want your crap.

This browser is FULL of problems!
I have the latest version, however:
- I can NOT upload an image in the YouTube community tab, in my YouTube channel (Posts tab) ! What kind of bug is that? In all other browsers, that thing works! In Opera it doesn't work for more than one month.
- Charts in Coingecko.com are not loading!
- Loading on eToro search is slow and sometimes it never loads, while in Google Chrome you will see that it is faster.

Numerous issues that both QA and developers have responsibilities and they don't want to fix. If you want people to use your browser, just do some massive layoffs and bring some software developer gurus with years of experience to fix that mess.

Really like the customization options here. I mainly use it for the "Workspaces" feature which helps me keep my personal tabs and work stuff separate without opening multiple windows. The built-in adblocker is decent, though I still use a third-party one for some sites. It’s fast and looks modern. I just wish the news feed on the start page was easer to clean up completely.

I like the speed dial set up on opera it is quick and easy and the main reason I use opera. I dont like the constant updating. Since updating a few months ago it seems to randomly open another home screen. One update totally wiped out my whole opera and I could not recover it and I was forced to re download which meant I lost a lot of important web sites that i could not replace. I no longer use it exclusively having downloaded firefox which is more stable and gives me a downlad option. Also some government sites are not accessible with opera. It just seems to me to not be as good as it once was. Also since the last update it randomly freezes and i have to CTL ALT D to close it.

Poor performance and shocking customer service, I think all the negative feedback speaks volumes, best to just avoid.
