My 4 year old bought a movie accidentally and I asked customer support to reverse the transaction. I got a reply within 20min that it has been taken care of. 5/5 stars for the Rakuten team.

Great customer service
Great customer service, within minutes they resolved an issue I had with Rakuten. I was able to do everything by email while I was travelling around Europe. There was an unexpected charge back home while I was away and the team was able to resolve it straight away.

I rented a movie but when I tried to watch it, it said that it doesn't work on a Linux computer. It would've been better if this was made clear beforehand but when I contacted the customer support I got a full refund. I was very happy with their customer service in general.
