Terrible They crush you with 8 or so commercials every 10 minutes or so…and they come quicker as the movie gets close to the end.
An hour and a half movie turns out to be close to two and a half hours with the commercials.
Not worth watching

The worst app ever constantly freezing trying watch big brother goes black or ads every second impossible to watch anything so annoying free but free for nothing but aggravation the worst

Please fix the platform. Bring back the old format. You can't just change channels anymore.

Damn every other commercial is in Spanish you guys turning into telemundo2.0? And there back to back

Please bring back old format. So much easier to navigate even the commercials were better.

Took Away The CHANNEL GUIDE and made it twice as hard to find anything. Ben using Pluto for a lon time and with this new look, am going elsewhere for our viewing !!!! You can not even talk to a real person... BYEE BYE PLUTO

The selection of live channels and on-demand programming if quite remarkable for a free service. The ads are hit-and-miss. Oftentimes the same products are advertised over and over.
However, the one single issue that makes this service extraordinarily difficult to watch is the out of sync quality of the audio and video stream. At first everything is fine, and once the first commercial is over there is a significant lag, up to the point that the lips are moving and the audio follows about 30 seconds (or more) later. This is extremely distracting and makes it very unpleasant to watch, sadly.

Pluto your new format SUCKS,go back to the old one. Also WAY TO MANY COMMERCIALS!

You have COMPLETELY screwed pluto tv today. I want my channel guide back!!!. I dont care what i can randomly choose. I want to know whats on right now. I cant find the classic comedy channels. If I wanted to randomly choose I would search. CHANGE IT BACK!!

Pluto and all stations, TV, radio, and otherwise should be responsible for political ads that lie.
They should have the responsibility of fact checking.

Today I opened Pluto Tv on Roku to find they'd wrecked the menu and copied one of the other free Tv providers with a crappy annoying laggy interface! I hate it! Will stop using it now since clicking on something to watch now makes me wait while a bar loads the channel. Once loaded I can't move around the channels like before using the up/down buttons. It wont let me move unless I press the back button and it's so laggy.. and rubbish!
Why break something that worked fine ? Oh wait I know why.. so you can push more ads when we choose another channel! You removed my favourites for the second time this month too! So C'ya Pluto! Plenty more decent platforms to watch Tv. 15 ads running atm ! Greed will be your downfall..

Pluto used to be good.
Favorites used to be opened when selecting pluto. Updates changed that. Had to go to channel guide, then go find favorites.
New update has you scroll though 5 lines of suggestions to get to the favorites line. Then all but one favorite has been deleted.

AI, analytics, wrong headed marketing engineers= All of the above. Not just 1 ad or 2, but 3 or 4 in a row, and as the movie goes on the gap between ads decreases... Trying and succeeding if you're lame to get you subscribing.... MY FIRST and LAST time here

If you watch a series, Pluto regularly pushes you back 10 to 15 episodes. Videos always have problems playing, but they have no problem cramming commercials down your throat.
Sometimes 7 commercials in a row.
So typical of an incompetent California company.

Continue's to drop video. The commercials overstep their boundaries, not in content but repetitive unnecessary advertisement not for the consumers in the area which is ran. Also movie listed often come up in a foreign language not the English language in the United States they come up in French Japanese Taiwanese butt cracky, Pluto is cracked TV now.

Commercials are I’m sure called for, but not gambling.

I know pluto app is free, and thats great. Even when it fades and the app just circlesand circles . What i really find annoying is that I watch both pawn shows don't you think its rather grim. THAT YOU SHOW THE SAME EPISODES IN REPETITION!! THE EXACT SAME 2 DAYS STRAIGHT. Rather lazy considering how many season they were in . I'm sure you'll prioritize this error.
