Great company and cheap price for the same whirlpool control board that others have listed twice the amount. Worked flawlessly and my fridge humming along now.

Extremely disappointing customer service and claims process: I ordered a part and received the **wrong part**.When I contacted customer service, I was told that I had to submit a claim through their online claims department. I followed their instructions and submitted the claim.
I then received an email from the claims department requesting pictures, which I provided promptly. After that, I heard absolutely nothing. I have followed up multiple times by email over the past month and a half, but have received no response or resolution. When I contact customer service, I am told that they have nothing to do with the claims department and cannot assist me.
As a result, I have paid for a part that I cannot use, and despite following all of their required procedures and providing the requested documentation, I still have no resolution after approximately six weeks.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Customer service refers me to the claims department, while the claims department does not respond to my emails.I would expect a company to stand behind its products and, at the very least, respond to a customer who has been trying repeatedly to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you want to return something they just screw around with you until they stop replying and then straight up ignore you. If you want to receive a working part, this is not the place for you to shop.

Ordered a replacement igniter for my oven and they sent one with a broken coil. Reading some other review online this feels like standard practise for them. They ignored all of my requests to return the product and have a functioning one sent, and I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card in order to get my money back. I would strongly recommend not ordering anything form this scam company.

Nice and easy - entered model number of our washing machine, got the right OEM part number, shipped promptly, and now I'm a hero (to my wife). Note that I've been burned by doing this on Amazon where incompatible parts show up. Thanks

Ordered a part & well understood the return/refund policy. Part was recv'd in a simple box, no seal, & piece within box was just loose. They claim it was impossible to have recv'd the item in this state & had challenged me to not allow for the return. After weeks of pics & explanations, approval granted to return item at my cost. A refund was partially awarded (less 13% of original cost for restocking fee).

Their pricing was extremely competitive and the shipping right to my door was quick.

This is for Whirlpool Dishwasher Circulation Pump & Motor Assembly - W11416363, Replaces: W11197948 × 1 .The whole unit came quickly and insulated from damage.Shiping was quick under 5 days.Did not come with Hi temp or particle sensor which is easy to swap .Hi temp was a pain to remove ,but you get new bracket and it pops right in well done.

Fast delivery. Perfect packaging included proper size box, bubble wrap and anti static bag. Purchased a replacement circuit board for my kitchen aid fridge. Came with clear instructions on how to program..which is good because I had no idea that was required.

Bought parts for my clothes dryer. They are getting harder to find. I would order from them again. My only complaint is they bugged me to leave a review.

I ordered a part for my stove. It arrived broken. By the time I had opened the box and discovered it was broken I had missed their 2 day window in which you can report a broken part. The absurdly short window is only made clear when you go to report the issue. They took a week to get back to me and then asked me to jump through more tedious hoops before rejecting sending me another replacement part due to the 2 day window. Terrible company, terrible customer service, a total scam as I have how discovered through Reddit reviews. Do not use them.

Samsung ice maker was in stock vs having to wait to have it shipped from elsewhere. Picked it up, installed it and it made ice within a short time. The price was also great. Great place to shop. Excellent service. R Holt

Deceptive , the use photos of a warehouse that doesn’t exist . Google earth shows a small convenience store as headquarters. Sent a completely wrong part and refuse to refund unless I spend a great deal of time and effort plus $ to get it back to a different company that actually sent the part. They lie and delay , said I would receive a call from the service manager the following day… it never came. No one I spoke to has any expertise in parts , or really anything.

The company responded quickly and professionally, explained to me about the price difference for USA delivery address. In several days I received my new refrigerator compressor relay which is working fine now.
