I have been using EMR-TEK products for quite some time, including the FireWave Pro panels, the LED mask, the light bulbs, and the blue light blocking glasses. My whole family uses them and, as active people who enjoy sports, we have noticed clear and significant benefits from using these products. We are very satisfied with their quality and performance.
This positive experience is exactly why I decided to purchase the Inferno Pro as well. I am currently waiting to receive it and am looking forward to enjoying it soon.
I would also like to thank Elhan for his excellent customer support. He has always been kind, professional, and willing to help with all my questions.

★★★★★ Fantastic Quality Red Light Therapy Panel

Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but once my panel arrived, I was extremely impressed with the quality. The panel feels very well built, sturdy, and like a high-quality piece of equipment. You can tell a lot of attention went into the design and construction.

The light output is impressive, and overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The wait was worth it for the quality of the product I received. I’m looking forward to continuing to use it and seeing the long-term benefits!

I purchased the Eterno LED Face Mask and the full-body Inferno Red and Near Infrared panel and am very happy with them both. I like the different options on the mask and notice improvement in my skin, especially fine lines. The full body panel is excellent. The customer service team is truly focused on satisfied customers.

Basically a scam company.

I ordered some blue light blocking glasses and patiently waited a couple of weeks for them to ship as they were prescription. Two weeks went by and I received no updates. I reached out to them and they informed me that due to a warehouse shipping issue my order would be delayed. A month goes by without any updates and I still have not received my item. I will be requesting a full refund.

UPDATE:
they replied to my email asking for a refund saying supposedly the issue with my shipment has been resolved and that it’s already been shipped. No tracking number provided. Even when I look up the order on the website it says it hasn’t been shipped. They originally told me it was a warehouse issue, now in the latest email they said it was an issue with their shipping partner. It’s all lies.

UPDATE: 09/03/2026

Yesterday the CEO, Kris, reached out to me via WhatsApp. He wanted to resolve the situation, sighting personal health issues as the reason why the company has been letting things slip but after a month of waiting I have grown tired of the incompetence so I requested a refund. He promptly provided a refund to my original payment method. He said they would send out the product anyway due to the inconvenience but who knows if I will actually receive anything. I will update here if I ever do.

Great product and great customer service! Very well made. I started using the red light for about 5-6 minutes a day. My battery went dead and my charger went MIA. EMR-TEK helped me out with replacing the cord charger. I can't wait to start using it again! I love red light therapy. ♥️

I have had the product for a few days now and it is definitely a well build and quality product. Initial use has been positive and just working up to full treatments but very happy with it. Overall the order and shipping went well and customer service was very responsive when I had a query.

I recently purchased some blue blocker glasses and Red and Yellow lights from EMR-TEK. I have already bought two red light panels and have been extremely pleased with both panels. One of the main reasons I purchase through EMR-TEK is their customer service. I didn't care for the frame I initially got so I emailed them for an exchange or return. Dishant replied right and got my return/exchange ready in no time, which I really appreciated. I'll be purchasing their mask next since I've been happy with all of the products!!

The products are all quality. So far I have 2 Redlight panels, the mask and some blue blocking glasses.

Shipping sucks, I buy the product then they drop the price the next day, I ask for the discount no reply , who knows when the product will arrive , I will be surprised if it even works

I prefer 8 bulbs and two pair of glasses. I received the 8 bulbs and no glasses. I emailed 2 days ago and have received no response. Very unsatisfied.

I’m extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. I recently had an issue with a broken part, but it was handled promptly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.

I wanted to share my experience because it is worth noting the time and the care with which this was handled.

My item was not charging in February 2026. When I reached out, they gave me a solution which was a temporary fix.

5 months later, the issue came back. The team took the time to re-open my case and fix my issue free of charge. (It was quite long, but I am happy with the resolution).

“Light therapy devices built for people who check the specs” is the most ironic and inaccurate slogan this company could have chosen.

I purchased an EMR-TEK Firedragon Pro based on the specifications advertised on their website, including 6 wavelengths, a 2-year warranty, and 2–5 day express shipping.

My experience was very different.

My order took nearly 5 weeks to arrive despite the advertised shipping timeframe. Communication throughout the delay was slow and frustrating, and the explanations I received did not consistently match the shipping information.

When the panel finally arrived, it had deep scratches and did not match the specifications I purchased it for. The device and documentation reflected 5 wavelengths rather than the 6 wavelengths advertised; it excluded the 660nm wavelength. The warranty information provided with the product also stated 1.5 years rather than the advertised 2 years. The included stand was dangerously unstable, and the setup instructions were missing. Clearly I was sent an open box/used product and EMR-TEK’s response was “this was likely caused during transit.” Which is physically impossible.

When I first contacted EMR-TEK about the missing wavelength and inconsistencies, I was initially told that I was mistaken and that the product specifications were correct. They literally dismissed all facts about their own product’s advertising on their official website. Later, they acknowledged in writing that their website, manuals, and device stickers contained outdated/inaccurate information and said the product had been “updated” (…more like downgraded). However, they never provided documentation demonstrating that the panel I received was actually the product advertised when I purchased it.

I repeatedly asked them to explain the contradiction: if the panel I received is the correct Firedragon Pro, why does the advertised product have 6 wavelengths while my device and documentation show only 5? I also asked for the date and documentation showing when the specifications supposedly changed. Those questions were never answered. During this time of correspondence, they changed their advertised specs of the Firedragon Pro to no longer include the 660nm wavelength. Yet, they still advertise that it includes “six wavelengths”… which is absolutely ridiculous.

EMR-TEK also told the Iowa Attorney General that they had offered me a replacement unit and complimentary gift. I have reviewed my correspondence and no such replacement offer was ever made. In fact, the opposite was true—I had requested a replacement and they did not acknowledge or accept it. The only offer I first received was a $10 refund. After declining this, they then gave me three options: a free mask, a $100 refund, or a return.

The company subsequently added a 15% restocking fee to the return, then later withdrew that fee and offered a full refund after I filed a complaint with the Attorney General.

My biggest issue is that I did not want a refund—I wanted the product I purchased. I paid for a new Firedragon Pro matching the specifications advertised at the time of purchase. Instead, I have spent weeks (now months) trying to get basic answers about what product I was actually sent. And now they expect me to spend even more time and money repackaging a heavy device and driving nearly an hour to return it without receiving ANY compensation or explanation. To this day, they keep dismissing and ignoring my questions. They even blocked me on Instagram and tried to erase the message thread. Kris Sweeting, the founder/CEO has also repeatedly ignored my messages. Any business owner with integrity and honesty would not sell misleading products or treat their customers this way.

The fact that EMR-TEK’s explanations, advertised specifications, and proposed resolutions have repeatedly changed has seriously damaged my confidence in this company. I have seen almost identical reports from other customers who have experienced the same issues of ignored emails, product misrepresentation, delayed shipping (including the same suspicious excuses), and unresolved requests for replacements or refunds. I’ve never been gaslit by a company in so many different ways.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company as it truly appears the majority of their reviews are fake or paid for through their affiliate marketing. If you do purchase from them, thoroughly document the advertised specifications before purchasing from EMR-TEK and keep screenshots of everything.

After having my friend talk about the benefits of red light for a while they offered me their device being the Firewave. I have been using the Firewave for about 2 months now and am surprised about how versatile it is. When first starting I didn't necessarily have any issues to target but after being consistent I notice systemic effects. In terms of skin, I have noticed my skin barrier improving and being less prone to irritation. In addition, after weight training when I target sore muscles I feel recovery coming in faster. Overall the Firewave can both target small areas but still getting medium coverage in a form factor that is convenient.

I'm a repeat EMR-TEK customer.. I own their two-panel Inferno Pro setup plus several of their other products, and red light is a daily, non-negotiable part of my routine. I've looked hard at this category, and their hardware is simply the best I've used. The Inferno Pro panels put out serious power; this is professional-grade equipment, not the underpowered consumer stuff that floods this market. Consistent use has left me feeling genuinely rejuvenated: better recovery, better sleep, better skin, more energy. It's one of the highest-return habits in my life.

The support matched the hardware. After a lightning strike hit my building and knocked out one of my panels — not their fault, an act of God — I reached out expecting the usual runaround. Instead I got a direct text line to a real person who responded fast, understood the problem, and worked with me until I had a clear solution. No scripts, no waiting days between replies. They treated my problem like their problem.

Best-in-class hardware, real humans behind it. Recommended without hesitation for anyone serious about red light therapy.
