DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Despite the other positive reviews this company has TERRIBLE customer service. I originally placed my order May 10th 2026. All over their website they talk about quick, expedited shipping. In my order confirmation it even said "USA 2-5 days." I had to send an email after 10 days asking to get shipping information. I finally got a tracking number and was told via email by customer service on May 26th that my order would arrive in 3-4 business days.

I tracked my order to the UniUni facility in Seattle WA. It arrived there 5/31. It said estimated delivery June 3rd. Now it is June5th and it has been sitting there according to the tracking since 5/31 and now says "delivery estimate unavailable."

I emailed customer service again and explained the situation. They replied and send me the tracking number and did not address my questions or concerns....very irritating as I clearly already have the tracking number.

I am regretful of making this purchase and wish I had done a better job of reading reviews prior to making the purchase. Our world is an expensive place right now and if customers are willing to spend hundreds (or thousands) of dollars on your products the least you can do as a business is provide helpful, honest, and transparent customer service.

I also know that if anything is wrong with the product if I ever receive it I will just be on my own as there are so many other reviews of people stuck with broken products and the company doesn't even respond to their emails.

If you value customer service, honesty, and transparency do NOT spend your money with this company. Do your research and find another company that values their customers.

I spend a lot of money on various different health and wellness products and I can honestly say that I have never encountered such bad customer service for such expensive products.

Love my face mask. I had a charging issue with my mask but the help line helped me to correct the issue immediately.
They responded to my inquiry within minutes now I’m on my way to enjoying my mask problem free

I’ve had my red light panel and red light mask for a year now. I use them all the time and think they are such great quality pieces—they work just as well now as when I first bought them. I did a lot of research before purchasing and they seem to be some of the better ones on the market!

Website clearly states, SHIPPING WITH IN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Ordered May 15th and today is June 1, 2026. NO COMMUNICATION from company and product still has not shipped. Order cancelled, dispute claim has been filed with credit card company.

Works exactly as expected, heavy and sturdy construction. Feel that this product will serve me for many years to come. Only thing I can say here is to be patient with shipping. Everything else is OK.

Package arrived in perfect condition, really sturdy packaging. Bright light with no flickering whatsoever. Overall feel of a high-end product, quite satisfied with my purchase.

Delivery took a lot of time due to the problems they were experiencing with their shipments. Quality-wise it's really impressive. Much more professional looking than cheap amazon clones.

It's obvious they use only high-quality parts in their products. Metal switches and metal frame, all seems solid. Worked flawlessly so far, been using it for several weeks now and everything is fine.

I have purchased this item to solve the problem of cold feet due to bad circulation when I sit back in the evenings to relax, and it heats them nicely. It has a high-quality thick metal case, although it does occupy some room on my bedside table.

It made me happy that I received the delivery a couple of days before its deadline. Whenever I experience painful cramps during my periods, I use this warm light device for my belly, and it helps me reduce the pain very quickly. This is now one of the most important elements of my daily health care.

The reason why I bought it was because of dry and rough skin. I am satisfied since the results have been visible within a month of regular usage. The metal case is very strong, but surprisingly heavy.

I used to have a cheap red light lamp with plastic housing and there is a big difference between the two. This one is not at all flimsy.

I was told this product was excellent for use for my back. I am seeing a noticeable difference after just one week of use. The equipment is extremely well made and came very timely. It performs absolutely fine and does not have any flickering problems. Very sturdy construction. One star off because it took three days for customer service to respond to my question regarding the tracking link.

My apparatus was not charging, and I contacted customer service via email and text, and received a prompt response which directed me on the proper charging instructions and voila, everything is working again.

Far more robust than I thought it would be. It looks very much like professional equipment with its metallic shell and switches. It’s extremely bright; hence, you’ll need the goggles. Satisfied with it.

The frame is made up of metal and it is very strong. I have really seen a lot of improvement in terms of physical fitness each passing day after I bought this product. One good thing with this product is that the delivery came earlier than expected.
